The initial meeting and move in was super easy. It literally took maybe 20 minutes to explain everything, show me my unit, and then sign paperwork. The facility was super clean and the employees in the office were very nice. I'm glad I chose this company instead.

I liked how the facility was very clean, appeared to be new, and security was good!! The whole facility is inside which I like a lot due to climate changes and security purposes. My move was made easy by the online registration and friendly staff.

Just weak the customer service was terrible they price is entirely to much 1 dollar for the first month goes like this 1 dollar plus u have to have insurance 14 a 25 dollar fee to start with then they want u to buy they lock which is like another 25 just weak

Just moved my stuff in for the first month for a dollar. This storage is affordable and if you refer someoneﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s you get $25 off a months rent.The storage is so clean and pretty new. I like that there is a code to get into the building, it makes me feel that my stuff is safe. The staff is so helpful.

I'm very impressed and pleased with StorQuest. For the past 2 yrs I've been miserable with Paramount Mini Storage. But moving from one facility to another is a big Hassel. So when I was browsing the internet and StorQuest popped up I just had to see how much are the going rates and to my surprise not only is StorQuest a newer facility the prices are half the price Paramount Mini storage charges and the 2 facilities are 2 stop lights away which made it easier for me to move. This facility has high tech security 24/7 and the staff is beyond fantastic especially the manager Margali... I've recommended so many people to visit StorQuest and see for themselves the cleanliness of the facility, the high tech security system and most importantly the best customer service the staff provides.

I like the way they build the storage. Clean and bright with new white paint. Entrance is very accessible, even for disabled person. Elevator is near to my unit. The password they gave me is very easy to remember. Magali and Chris are so friendly and very accommodating. Will definitely recommend to friends, Thank you.
