If insurance was not absolutely necessary, then it would be a excellent price.

I spoke with Valerie on the phone and had the pleasure of working with her in the office. She made it very easy to understand the facility and the rules. She was super nice and easy to talk to! Her service made me more confident with my choice to have a unit at StorQuest Van Nuys/Roscoe.

Customer Service is a lost art these days. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s rare you find a true welcome. The sign up was effortless. When youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re making a transition itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s always great when someone makes a task easier. Thank you for your kindness & professionalism. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s very much appreciated

Best service, clean and secure facility. My only complaint is the pricing seems high for the smaller storage units.

This place was so clean and secure. The staff was so helpful and friendly and made sure I was able to get in/out of my storage unit as well as lock it up properly. She actually had me complete a return demonstration to make sure I could do it properly, which was helpful, b/c I would have been stuck otherwise. I've been to other type of storage facilities where they just give you the number and direct you where to go and that's the end of it. Helena walked me all the way to the unit, made sure it was the right size, had me return demonstrate the lock, and helped get through the sign in process seamlessly. I would recommend this storage facility.

This place is amazing, its secure, clean and the staff and manager are awesome! Helena is my favorite! I moved from EZ storage and its honestly been so easy and great.

The hours arent great, but the people are nice. Make dure your 10x10 is actually the right size. They have a number of units that have pipes on the outside walls that have been drywalled over, reducing the size to 10 x 9. This wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t stated on Sparefoot. At the Facility tgey call the 10x10 economy, instead of 10x9. I think it is misleading. But tgey gave me a 10x10 when I insisted amd the people are nice and friendly.

I just switched from another storage facility and this place is already 10x better.
