Felt like the unit is a little small for the price and was extremely dusty inside. There was also an old wrapper inside it. Elevator is old and difficult to use Customer service was awesome. Scott was super helpful and extremely friendly

They made it so easy with a sharp, helpful staff and a good price. Victoria was great, she took my booking and called to recap the process. Then when I arrived to open the acct and unpack my belongings Gabriel was awesome. He walked me through the process and even helped me confirm my size choice. He was approachable and available during my move with availability to answers to questions. There were quite a few of us moving in, and he really went the extra mile to keep it all running smooth.

I like the great customer service offered by Gabriel in the facility of wet Los Angeles , was very helpful, he has great skills to help , I felt very good to rent the storage there.

We are moving our daughter from Philadelphia to Pepperdine. We were so worried about how to get her things out to school. I found Storquest and Victoria has been amazing! I ship my orders to the unit. Victoria notifies me when a package arrives and puts them in my unit. I am so relieved I have a safe, convenient place to store my daughterﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s things until move in day!

Victoria was an absolute pleasure! She was kind, informative and friendly! I was in a rush but she reassured me and answered all my questions with such kindness! She helped me get in and out! Definitely recommend!

We needed it fast and they were very cooperative and easy to work with. The woman at the desk (Taiger) was very good.

Grace was wonderful. My only complaint re the StorQuest facility is that some of the units did have dirty floors. Although most of the dirty floors seemed to be easily cleaned with a common cleaning product, the floor of one unit had oil or grease on it and would need to be scrubbed with a more specific cleaning product.

I went to rent a 5x10' locker and the one i reserved had a low ceiling that was not annotated online.

Came in, used my promotion, signed up for services and was out in 15 minutes! Love it! Moved in next day. Perfect experience for a busy person.

The check in process was easy. The agent showed us the unit and we were off to empty our truck. Smooth transaction.

The low cleanliness is due to the fact that on multiple occasions I've had to pick up sharp metal objects such as screws etc from the driving area around the storage complex.
