This storage facility doesn't have a set increase 6 mon or annual rental prices. The owner decides when and how often Owner wants to increase and how much. Public Storage Facilites have a 6month increase giving you time to save and relocate or your home is ready for move in. As I said this facility is good for a month service or two. Be aware of pricing when looking at offers and deals they double after promotion ends. I do not want anyone to lose their hard worked belongings because storage owners abuse our needs. Every other part of my moving experience has been expensive and drawn out. So it pleased me to no end to have the renting of my unit take me less than ten minutes in total online!!

Lack of communication. Called front desk the day before to confirm the reservation and if there was anything else I should know about the rental. They were busy and told me they will call me back. Employee didn't. I had to call back again later and to my surprise, they never shared all the hidden fees additionally to the rent. Administration fees, have to buy the lock they have, insurance...etc. This information needs to be shared when making a reservation. No excuses! I mentioned I'm trying to understand all these fees, an employee got annoyed and passed the phone to someone else and I was told, quote: "You don't have to rent here if you don't want to, these are the rules." Unfortunately for me, the moving truck and employees were already booked for the next day. There is no time to change the plan on my end. I plan to be there for a few months, if the attitude doesn't change, I'm taking my business somewhere else.

The facility is immaculate and so secure. That's the first thing I noticed, but the most outstanding part of my experience was working with Anthony. He is the epitome of customer service. He explained everything perfectly and with so much care.

I was satisfied with everything at Trojan Storage during my move-in. I enrolled online, paid online, only spent a few minutes at the front desk checking in, and the place was very clean. Carts are available for use (with a photo ID) during regular office hours until 6pm. If you are storing stuff from 6 to 7pm, the carts are not available. The place is huge, so I recommend brining your own cart for that hour. Otherwise you will be hoofing your stuff by hand.

I was going to handy storage they had emergency issues & would be closed all weekend, when I needed my storage so, I looked for another place. it was meant to be I was pleasantly surprised I got more security & climate contro,, brand new facility, great job staff members ur real team players!

John and George surpassed the criteria standard set for Honesty, Reliability, Personableness and the like. I was put at ease when I decided to rent the unit and John and George explain in great detail the process, rules and expectations of both Trojan Storage and myself. I received courteous and prompt unwavering service from both John and George. I joked to John that if both he and George was cloned they could be used at all aspect of Customer Service platforms throughout businesses nation-wide and every customer encounter would produce a 5 Star Rating for both of them.

I like it. I was hoping for a cheaper long-term payment, but I guess it'll do for now.

The experience was great and fast. I reserved the unit the night before. I received a call the morning of to confirm my reservation. I arrived at the storage facility, completed easy and fast paperwork. I received a free dolly, and was able to move my things in immediately. It was a great and fast experience. I would highly recommend this location to all my family and friends in the area.

The process was quick and easy. The customer service was excellent! I couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have asked for anything more! The only thing is I wish they had smaller drive up units and better pricing!

Its my first time having to get a storage and at last minute. I went on line and found this place for such a good price, I could not believe it so I reserved it on line and within a few minutes I had a call from them to confirm. All I did is go check it out, got paperwork done, paid and that was it! Fast service, safe place to store my belongings and for an amazing price it couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get any better! :)
