The renting of my storage unit was a breeze, many choices. Online, in person or some of both. In addition to very reasonable rates they included 50% off first 3 months. The woman who helped knowledgeable and very good at her job. Id recommend them any one who need extra space. Very Very clean and secure.

Feel safe leaving my belongings!

After searching most of Modesto found this beautiful storage facility. I actually had reserved a storage here but was trying to find one somewhat cheaper. I'm so glad I didn't. I met the manager Michael and employee Cheryl. Both the loveliest people to deal with. Very personable, kind, knowledgeable and just all around good people. They know everything about the facility and they not only tell you about it but show you. Michael gave me ideas on how to set mine up to make it easier to get into things. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Fantastic facility with fantastic Employees. ГўВВђГЇВёВЏГўВВђГЇВёВЏГўВВђГЇВёВЏГўВВђГЇВёВЏГўВВђГЇВёВЏГўВВђГЇВёВЏГўВВђГЇВёВЏГўВВђГЇВёВЏГўВВђГЇВёВЏ

It was amazing service thank you and I appreciate the kindness best experience ever

Micheal was the best at helping us with find the best unit for our needs!

So far so good . Very friendly and love the dog.

From my first inquiry phone call, through to my move in, all of the staff have been incredibly approachable, knowledgeable, and helpful. They provided the smoothest process and continued to search for ways to maximize the value of our agreement. This is the first storage company Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve ever rented from, that had No administrative or start up fees. All I needed was my first monthﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s rent. With eligible promotions applied, Their prices average almost 50% less than all other local facilities. The property is well maintained and virtually spotless. With multiple security measures in practice at all times, I can rest assured my items are as safe as possible. They have been wonderful to work with and have my full recommendation. For convenience, quality, and overall value, no one else even comes close.

The staff is very polite and also very helpful

The move in process is relatively painless and easier than I thought it would be. The manager Michael is very professional and will answer every question you may have. The facility itself is quite large and clean and offers a variety of units sizes to choose from. It is indoor and climate controlled with keypad access points, making it very secure. And I am confident my personal items are going to be safe there.

Would definitely use this storage again in the future. Great security and helpful staff.

Service was prompt and professional. Health guidelines in place. I got a bonus attendant 😉 Mercedes the beautiful service dog made me feel right at home

Most well organized and courteous experience Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve had in ages. I feel like my items are totally secure and trust Michael to assist me with any questions or changes.

Blown away by how clean the facility was

From the staff to the security system to the way they maintain the facility it is excellent. Highly recommend this site.
