My door was stuck from rolling up but it was fixed.. if possible just have maintenance double check it

Great location with exceptional customer service.

I had great customer service once I went to the storage site. Actually the phone support was great too. However the online forms completion process is a complete waste of time, just go to the storage site to fill out the paperwork. The online paperwork process has many issues. After spending 30 minutes on the phone asking for support to completing the online forms, the support person had me call the storage site for assistance. 30 minutes later, I so frustrated that I wanted to take my business elsewhere. But there is no other storage facility that works for me. So I went to the storage site to complete the paperwork-much easier.

The customer service was amazing and moving in was a breeze. The facility is clean and has great security all at a low price. Highly recommend!

Excellent online customer service and helping me find the location and set up an appointment. Once at the facility I was very impressed with the cleanliness, no clutter, excellent security on each unit and the staff was very quick getting the paper done and friendly . I am very happy I found this place!
