I had the most difficult time getting signed up for my Storage. They donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have any staff at the location where my Storage is. It was hard to get anybody on the phone and once I did get a hold of somebody, they told me to go to another location to sign up And get my Storage once I did the lady was very nice. Nothing against her but keep smart needs to do better with their customer service and have people at the actual location so you can get into your unit for the first time. Also when I did go to the storage place to sign up finally nobody was at that office either and I had to wait 30 minutes for somebody to show up so I was not very happy with them, I almost canceled

Way bigger space which was great.

Just feel a little nervous about my unit. The gate is a little hard to pull down and there's normally no staff in the location I stored my things at. However, the lady that helped me was nice and informative.
