The door into the storage area would not open. The code went in fine and it said welcome Virginia but it would not open … I had to go to the other side of the unit to get in

I was only in 2 days. I put all my things in and then came back next day. The renter next to my unit was there and he was keeping lizards in cages inside his unit. I moved out right away because there was crickets hopping around. Told manager and he didn't seem to care. He refused to give me a refund. Run away from storing anything of value here. Much better places.

You can fill out all your paperwork online for a quick and easy move in process. The facility is clean and went in twice to ask quick questions and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Went to see the storage facility last Sunday, May 15, 2022. The lady in the front desk was so nice to us. Customer service is excellent. Monica was very helpful and pleasant, really nice to work with. She helped us through the process and was able to show us the bigger storage space as another option. She is truly an asset to the company.

This storage unit is not too far from my future new home and it helped me transition from moving from a house to a room.

Access is very easy using a smart phone. The RV storage lot is easy to get in and out. The facility is clean and maintained.

The facility was clean and I love that I have a door to my storage room and not a slide door. But if they could added more lights that would be nice itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s very dark in the storage facility it looks like a scene from a horror movie. But overall it was a great experience.

Great space, great pricing. I just wish the restrooms were left unlocked so you donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have to call for someone, & on busy days they need more dollies. Other than that thumbs up.

I signed up with Public Storage online. I chose the Public Storage because they werenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t price gouging. They even had a special first month for $1 and the unit i chose was much cheaper than the other storage facilities. The Public Storage is very secure and clean! No problems with using my access codes getting into the facility or my storage building. The building is climate controlled and lighting is activated as you walk down each section to your unit. I feel my items Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve placed in the Public Storage facility are safe and secure. I am very pleased with my decision of choosing Public Storage for my storage needs.

I have one until 10x20 and and it was not enough so I went back to rent another one and they want to charge me the $29 administration fees a game and I have to pay the whole month so that was ridiculous I already rent the unit same day and I went to get another one in the same day and they want to charge me all this they think this is right

I was impressed to see the new and clean condition of the buildings and compound in total. It is very secure, with passwords required both to enter the building and again to enter the elevator to the floor of my unit. Also, I am able to open and close the main gate through my phone. This is super convenient!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a well-priced unit.

I had just left another storage facility where the service was horrible. As soon as I walked into the office, I was met by LuLu who was the nicest person. She took care of all the paperwork in a matter of 15 minutes or less. When I entered the storage area I noticed how incredibly clean everything was. It looked like a brand new facility. My unit is located in the three story storage building. The elevators are oversized and easily accommodated all of my large items. The security is also top notch. The lighting and temperature were excellent inside the inside storage units. When I opened the storage sliding door, I saw that the interior was spotless. Oh, and the price I received online was $50 less a month than comparable units in the area.

Yes, it's convenient, It's clean, I like it thats indoor, but I dont like the bill, so its a $1 for 1st time customers, then it charge the insurance, fine I need insurance! ...then it charges for 15 bucks of insurance... and then voilГѓВЎ $29 first time fee and the monthly rental it's gonna be like $35-45 Г°ЕёЛњВЃ idk how the other self rentals are but oh well, now I'm here!

Aside from the annoying system to access the elevator and lack of ease to access dolly's, this is a really nice facility. Still confused as to why there are bathrooms on each floor but no public access?

Immediately I noticed how clean the place was and we were greeted upon entry. Staff was friendly, tour was quick, prices amazing and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m glad we came here.

Got to the location to move in and there was no one in the office to assist with getting a dolly. There was a clock thing on the door to say when they would be back, but it was facing into the office and was no help at all

I called ahead and read the legal paperwork (I'm an attorney). There was no mention of a MANDATORY $20 lock that ONLY works at Public Storage. BS Public Storage won't get my business again.

Staff was very accommodating, kind, helpful, and processed our paperwork quickly. We were taken on a short tour of the facility where we found our unit, and staff member Lourdes showed us how to use the cylinder lock and explained to us about use of the hand trucks. All in all a very positive experience.

This storage unit place is wonderful! The staff couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have been more helpful and I really feel like my items are secure and safe.

I ended up getting a bigger storage unit, however, upon arriving, I was told by the local staff that my reservations were cancelled? I said, I made reservation with the call center and they told me I am set and try to go in the day before so I do not have to deal with it the day of the move. Well, I was told by local staff that they tried to reach me, no reply so they cancelled my reservations. I said really, then why should I call. come to find out, the call center wrote a wrong e-mail down, but what was puzzling, they said they tried to call me? No voice mail and the e-mail the local staff sent out was stuck in the outbox. regardlessly, the service is great following the mix up and the staff very professional. I highly recommend Public storage in Murrieta due to gate codes, a lock that you will have to purchase, sprinkler system and lighting system is good to go! Other than that, the price is right! As long as the call center and local business are on the same page, you shouldn't have any issues!

I went into the Public Storage store and right away the woman was friendly and helpful. She listened to what I needed and found a way to get me the best deal possible and with a great unit as well. I love that it is a month to month rental. There is easy access, and I feel that my belongings will be well taken care of. I would recommend it to anyone I know.

Ease of renting and variety of sizes available. Also have carts on-site to assist with loading unloading.

I think it is not a professional behavior to Advertise $1 pays for your first month when it is only applicable to the tiniest units. It would create a better sense of fairness and reputation if it was something as 'to the first 10 customers' for X/this month'. Honestly is not right. You are better off as a business not posting Anything at all. And also how the prices goes up from One day to the next on the Same month, wow.

All of our dealings with Public Storage, whether online, on the phone or in person, have been very positive!
