My only hick up is that not all Public Storage have the same "move-in" offers. That was a high selling point for me to decide which storage facility to choose from.

The staff Donna and Natalie are AWESOME. They went beyond their duty to ensure that I was aware that my dad's storage payment was late. They knew that this was unusual because I pay his monthly bill by bill pay through his bank on time. My dad had a this storage since 2008. They referred me to customer service who reversed the $20.00 late fee. Special Kudos to both of them for sincerely caring about my dad. So I just finished my check in with PS. Donna and Aaron were great from opening the door and greeting me to showing me the unit, and lastly explaining the paperwork. As a former marine I hate paperwork and Aaron made it super easy. I will definitely mention them to friends and family.

Easy access, staff is well-trained, pretty friendly and they call with a follow up. That's probably why I would recommend the one of off antelope and Scott road.

I've been in here before to buy boxes and the staff was amazing. So it made my decision much easier to pick for storage. I love that it is really clean, the staff is helpful and knowledgeable and i feel like I am not over paying for things I don't need. Camille and Donna were so helpful and friendly and I feel safe storing my belongings here.

Donna waited for me on Sunday late afternoon and listened to my needs and provided me with the unit that I needed. The paperwork was signed really quick and I was done. They also close at 9:00 pm every day, which makes it super convenient.

My trip to P.S. was in and out. They gave me a great deal by an online deal. You do need some extra money for a lock and insurance.
