The office was locked with no one to get us set up for our new storage unit and we waited from 10am to 11:40am for someone from another facility to show and get us set up. The facility itself was clean and nice and the manager from the Temecula store was apologetic and worked fast to help us after our long wait in the U-Haul

This location is very clean and the staff was very helpful. The only down side was this location only has 5 outside drive upto units. We thought book access to a drive up and found out the access was inside a hallway. This doubled or tripled the time needed to move in.
