The customer service was very nice and helpful. They were willing and able to answer all my questions. They were not able to match the price I reserved under the Flash Sale online which was a little disappointing as the representative I spoke to at the call center shared that be reserving I looked the price. Price was still good especially since the space had climate control, carts and fairly wide hallways and very well lit.

I chose the facility for location, security, price for the 5'x10' unit. Customer services are great , and the facility manager very helpful upon signing up .

5'x5'	Small (25 square feet) The size of a small closet. Good for chairs, cabinets, electronics, boxes.
5'x10'	Small (50 square feet) The size of a large walk-in closet. Good for a mattress set, couch, dining room tables, chairs, boxes.
5'x15'	Small (75 square feet) The size of a small bedroom. Good for large dining sets, desks, cabinets, mattress sets, washer/dryer.
10'x10'	Medium (100 square feet) The size of a large bedroom. Good for bedroom sets, refrigerator, large drawers, multiple boxes.
