CubeSmart Self Storage - North Highlands

The day after purchasing a unit online I received a call that my unit number had changed. Then when I got to the facility later that afternoon the unit was filthy and the roof had massive water damage. When I went to the office they are closed that day. I call and can not get anyone on the phone. I leave several messages. The next day no one calls me so that afternoon I go into the office and I tell the lady that the unit was filthy. She acts like she doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know anything. She takes me to another unit that unit is filthy. She takes me to another unit that unit has spiders all over then finally the sixth unit acceptable, except she has to sweep it out. And the information on their website is not correct. They do not put a welcome kit inside the unit with the lock. She has to give it to you. So bottom line is I waited three days to get into this unit that I was supposed to be able to get into the very next day however I wouldﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve never been able to because she wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t there to give me the lock. So the whole thing was a mess and the whole facility is very dirty trash everywhere. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m very skeptical about even keeping my stuff there.

Homeless single with 2 kids one just born also Sunday. 2 babies with nothing to show of them lonely and out of place. Just need some help along the way FOREVER!!!!! I reserved a 5×10 but went with a 10×10. No specials on the 10×10 but should be.

Great price but the long-term parking spots are more for cars than RVs. Our 20-foot travel trailer barely fit and was very difficult to park without hitting the vehicles beside it.

Great location and excellent customer service

Sue was amazingly considerate, she remained at the office to get the vehicle registered, even though she was off the clock. Our family was extremely grateful! The grounds are very clean, it's gated,very secure. Thank you for everything Sue🤝

The manager on site is really nice. They had the lowest prices for the size in the area.

After having my rent increase $50 every six months, I could no longer afford my Public Storage unit. At $426/ month, the unit should come with free WiFi! I found SmartCube and will be saving almost $200/month. That's what I call a "smart move!"

I am going through a difficult time in my life when I called the storage office the person at the front desk was very understanding I only had $50.00 dollars to my name she went out oif her way to give me a special offer for the first month and then the full amount due the following monthi was so greatful for this I felt welcomed and happy to know that this person actually felt my hardship I am going through. She arrive on one and went to work ans all the questions as Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m going to travel for several mons. Had to finish quickly as I had a plane to catch in San Francisco. I give the young lady a 10. And lots of thanks

Very pleasant experience. Sheri showed us our unit before we did the paperwork. Very professional.

I did most of the paperwork online from my phone. When I went in, the transition to actual paperwork was seamless, and I had my unit in less than 10 minutes. Friendly, supportive staff, and a simple and clean design, with great value. Would recommend to anybody.

I had no issues going online to secure a unit. I arrived on site and the desk clerks were very nice and helpful. They even gave my friend a ride back to the unit because it was raining.

I am finding different rates posted in different places online. I signed up for one rate and when I got there, it was higher but I was assured it would be adjusted to reflect what I signed up for. I received a bill for the higher amount and now have to go in and deal with this issue. Other than that, I have no complaints. The place is clean and hopefully secure, considering the neighborhood.

The GM and Mgr at this location are amazing and very helpful. I just wish that this location had more cameras. It is next a ravine and needs better security.
