I really love ? public Storage...!! They are just the company to help out with the space unit anybody needs... They do need discounts for customers who have been there for awhile to help out... but other than that... they're Great ??

Just an all around pleasant experience. Front desk employees are professional and accommodating. The particular space I was shown was no longer available at the time of my reservation...employee was knowledgeable, explained my different options and fixed me up with a new space in order to complete my reservation, keep me happy and I was able to move my things in right away as planned.

I really loved this place strictly because of Arlene and Valerie!They were kind,super knowledgable,friendly,pleasant,and extremely professional!They supplied me with all the correct information needed to get my things moved in storage from inception to completion!They are quite the dynamic dual!They absolutely made may experience perfect!It was a stellar performance by them both..i wish i had 100 stars to pump all the way up for them!God bless them both and thier families!I absolutely love them!!!??????????????????????????????????i rcommend any and everybody to iae this storage based on them two alone!They get the job done for you with zero jammups and zero problems!Whooop whooop!!!

So thrilled to be moving into my new storage unit! Ivonne & Evanne were so friendly & helpful during every step of the process. Had my prized possessions in another facility that I loved, but needed more space and my facility was just too pricey. Started looking around, and didn't find anything that was as nice as my old facility until I checked out this Public Storage on Sherman Way. This place is exactly what I was looking for - safe, super clean and I have a LARGER unit for LESS money, and the added bonus is having friendly faces in the front office!

I had no trouble reserving space online. Once I did the paperwork and did a walk through everything went very smooth. thank you for making things easy!

Very impressed with facility on Sherman Way and Winnetka. Eileen and her crew are great, very helpful. Once I figure out how to steer those dollies, I'll be set! ;-)

Alyssa and Steven are great employees. My wife and I asked them how they like their jobs. Their response was positive and shows they appreciate public storage. Also there is a to of moving supplies available and on sale. Carts are provided to help move items into storage.

I will be for this place because they got great deals!! great hours and they clean nice environment.
