Friendly, clean, very organized registration and check-in, made everything very easy and comfortable.

Everything was fine except that last week (Monday-Tuesday & Wednesday) I left repeated voicemails during business hours to find out whether there would be gate access on Easter Sunday. I NEVER received a return call or voicemail from the property manager. I finally had to call the 800-number customer service to obtain an answer. It seems that the they were more than accessible to answer all questions initially but once I had signed the contract, they had no interest in responding at all.

Newer, climate-controlled, well-maintained, drive-up access, friendly, helpful recommendations, accommodating. Expanded hours recently improved access to the facility and available services .

This is a great Property of Public Storage. Very secured property.It much more safe than others.Climate controlled. Staff is great. I Ron goes out of his way to help all your needs,especially your in a pinch. Great guy full of wisdom.

My storage unit was easy to reserve online with Public Storage at a good price. Rene made sure I was getting the proper storage unit and walked me thru the whole process, from access codes to payment options. I can get into my storage unit at 6am on a Saturday if needed, so I can avoid traffic and the hot summer weather!
