Heidi was incredibly helpful! I came to her with a hundred questions and asked to see a few of the storage units. I ended up getting two different storage units and she helped me throughout the whole process.

There was a little trash outside, but the employee promptly picked it up when she saw. Inside was clean and well-maintained. The check-in process online was simple, and the app makes easy access without punching in a code. When I did need help from the employees there, I was helped immediately, and the employee had a cheerful attitude. Sometimes staff at other businesses seem put-out if you ask for help, but that was not the case here.
