Today I lost my lock keys because they fell down a crevice in the elevator door at the Public Storage facility such that I could not reach down and retrieve them, and the employee who was there told me that I would have to wait for the manager to return for them to destroy the old lock so I could get a new one, and that he did not know when she would return. I don't have that kind of time today so I had to spend $75 to get a locksmith out here so that I could continue moving in stuff today, not to mention wait forever for him to show up. Needless to say I'm really angry

AS IN THE PAST I HAVE USED PUBLIC STORAGE. I CHOSE YOUR ESTABLISHMENT BASED ON PREVIOUS USAGE ALSO TOO THE NAME. SURE I COULD HAVE GOT A MORE CHEAPER STORAGE BUT NOT WITH THE SECURE FEELING OF PUBLIC STORAGE MY EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD, COURTEOUS AND DONE IN A REASONABLE TIME FRAME. SHE KNEW HER JOB AND IT SHOWED. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE.

The girls Jasmine and Nelly are great! They always had the answers to all my questions. I needed a spot to park my car; they found one. I needed info about an extra unit; they had it. They are always on property making sure things are clean and in order. They're super nice and always have a smile on their face!

No complaints, clean, safe, trustworthy.

As a return customer, I am happy to report that Public Storage continues to have excellent service and facilities that are clean and safe at a reasonable price. Will continue to be my first choice for storage.

It's just ok. The staff is nice, the units, elevator, and hallways are dirty and beat up. The rates are pretty good but read the agreement as the rate jumped from $70 month 2 to $150 months 3-5 and then $195 in month 6. In general Storage is easy to get into but usually hard to get out of. People store stuff and wind up paying a lot more for the storage then the items are worth... in my opinion it's better to sell and buy new when you need it then to store indefinitely.

I came in on Friday not really knowing what I was looking for, in fact had an idea of size I wanted but I let nelly give me direction on what was best for me. She gave me options on a variety of spaces and I finally was able to decide on the space I was sure I needed. Thank you nelly for your patience I know I was clueless but you gave me all the information to make my decision. The company is lucky to have you!

Great service. Great pricing. Clean units and an easily navigable floorplan.

Was an easy experience from start to finish. Had help via Phone to get the reservation set up at a location that was a combination of proximity and good price. Once at the location, the staff was helpful and courteous. The only bad taste was the extra insurance required that wasn't included on the pricing nor was it called out before I was already doing the final paperwork. The $11 per month for the minimum insurance is a little excessive and I might have made a different choice of Storage companies. I'm sure this is exactly why it isn't mentioned until the paperwork is being completed. Seemed a little sneaky and underhanded.
