Save yourself some upset and frustration, by doing everything online with a customer service rep. Drove 60 miles to see the facility twice and NO ONE was there for our scheduled appointments.

I am happy with the pricing. I am shocked to find out that you need to have insurance for a storage unit. However, despite that, I like how easy this location is to access. And I appreciate that the unit was clean and not dirty previously to moving in. I honestly have not had to use the customer service so I canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t comment on that, but I needed to fill something out for it.

I just moved in and almost everything is good except the hours to get in. I thought it was the same as the other storages, 6am-6pm or 7pm, but I would like you to take my suggestion into account! Otherwise I have no complaints.

I had a great experience with north hollywood storage. Quick check in, located close to the highway. Will definitely recommend.

I just rented this space and couldn't be happier with the level of customer service I have received. I'm very fortunate they have great staff who make sure your belongings are safe. A big "Thank you"!

The guy at the desk was a bit high strung and takes a long time to get through the process but the unit is good and spacious for the price

Is this place is pretty good I never had a problem with anyone at this storage place.the only thing I wish that they were open longer hours n they had air vents in the second floor. Now for the workers there as for Ian he was great knows how to handle a customer he was a real sweetheart he was always around keeping things nice n clean and as for the older gentleman he was a sweetheart in his own way always driving his cart around checking things which was great cuz storage units scare me they both work great together. I thank you very much I was there about a year.thank you guys u both are sweethearts

The attention from the front desk, the price , everything was good.

Overall it was a great experience. Ian was very helpful and made the whole thing easy.

The only issue I have is that you have to check in at the office and give your ID to get a keycard to open an exterior door. If thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s someone else being helped you have to wait before you can get in to access your unit.

The associate at the Whitsett Ave location called to confirm my online reservation but I needed certain conveniences met and he was more than helpful in moving my res to another location very close by. Could not be happier with his service and the overall experience with Public Storage and Sparefoot.

Worked with both of them separately, and they were both so helpful and made sure to maximize and prioritize my time. Can't thank them enough.

Due to an emergency i had to find a storage place ASAP. Luckily i was able to locate this Public Storage near my current apartment and it being my first time using any storage facility i was a bit skeptical and had no idea how this whole thing works. When i got there after setting up my appointment online this amazing woman at the front desk named NATALIE was very helpful and very thorough with explaining on how everything works. She was super sweet and VERY Accommodating! she made the entire process real easy and most of all she made me feel very safe. She is a pleasant woman who deserves a RAISE!! Thank you sooo much Natalie for your help!! You are the SH*T girl!!!

Raquetta was very helpful and very nice. She's been helping me for the passed 30mins looking for a unit that fits my needs. We finally found one and she set me all up. It was great working with her.

Corporate sold me a parking space apposed to a storage unit @ the Van Nuys location. I was subsequently redirected to North Hollywood. The lady's at the NH location were extremely professional & did everything within their capabilities to get me a unit that was convenient to my needs. I wish at the least that the administrative fee could be waved. I felt something could have been done by corporate to compensate me because the mistake cost me time and additional money.
