Public Storage - Sherman Oaks - 4610 Van Nuys Blvd

You get what you pay for ... I know that we are paying significantly more for our unit at the Van Nuys location in Sherman Oaks but everything here is amazing (and worth the additional costs): the service from the staff, the cleanliness of the whole place, the security of the building/parking, etc. I am so happy we picked this location.

I came in yesterday (around 5:50 pm on 4/17/2018) to move some stuff to the storage area, there was no one at the site, and as I was planning to move all of my boxes by a dolly, I couldn't as there was no dollies left. This created a bit of dissappointment. Other than that it was a good experience.

Marcus and sheni are the most respectful pls to work with them I been using this public storage for months and it's ver convenient and safe love to work with both of them

Marcos was patient and kind and made me feel safe. He helped me to move and did a great job of organizing my stuff GIVE THIS GUY A RAISE! The place is very clean and quiet .

Let me just tell how happy I'm to use this public storage! The location is great! The manager Marcos always there for you if you need assistance or help with something! I had a problem with accessing storage which was my own fault and they resolved the within 2 hours, which usually takes up to 5-6 days! It saved our family holiday, because I needed access to holiday decorations that very day! Highly recommend this location! Service is always on the top! And kind cooperation is there to assist any of your problems!

Excellent experience here! Marcos went above and beyond when it came to helping me store my belongings. He literally helped us move for 1 hr. I am so grateful for people like him. I am extremely satisfied with his efforts and his commitment to helping people. He is a very genuine person and he shines. I am thrilled with Public Storage bc they we're very helpful on the phone when I first called and Marcos sealed the deal when he went above and beyond to help us!
