The team were quick, helpful and easy to deal with. I even locked my locker wrong by accident and received a note from Public storage about it right away and I was able to go fix it.

Easy online access. I wish they had better hours 5-6pm is too early to close and the front desk are never available. One time I waited 25 minutes outside to get my ID and return trolley keys. Inconvenient.

Crystal the manager was so helpful ,I saw the unit ,got a great deal and moved my things in all in a few hours! Thank you Public Storage for your great locations and friendly employees.

Great customer service, especially from Char. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Parking is very minimum but otherwise everything else was fine.

I use Public Storage for all of my packing supplies. But the other day all I needed was a couple of banker's boxes. A clerk by the name of Brie who had just transferred to the Studio City store was on duty. She took the time to greet me and offered to assist me with any possible question I had. She was extremely friendly and non intimidating. When I mentioned I only needed the two banker's boxes she immediately grabbed a couple of unmade ones and without hesitating put them together (built) them for me which was a big plus. She was gracious and exuded great inter-personal skills during the short time I was there. The world needs more sales people like Brie. If you live in the general area of Studio City and need any shipping or home packing supplies go see Brie. You won't be sorry you did.

Jared was extremely helpful he helped me find the right storage space. This was my first time renting a storage, he was very patient and answered all of my questions. He even helped me storage some of my things. Thanks Jared, I really appreciated your help.

Jared made my decision to rent from this facility so easy. He is a true asset to this company. I like a manager who says he wants my business and will do what he can, to work within my budget and as a result I am a new customer. I like that he pointed out the advantages of renting my particular unit because of the location of the hall to make it easy to place a couch in with ease. We went to the Ventura Court location in Los Angeles and met Jared, the manager. He was professional, courteous and personable. He helped us pick a convenient bin location. I would recommend this location.
