Good process good price, friendly service

Only problem I had was I made a reservation online for my move-in date and time, and for the few days between I got multiple confirmation calls from the employees about me showing up... I showed up at the exact time of the reservation to move in and there was a sign taped to the glass of the front entrance, they were out and wouldn't be back for an hour and a half. So I left and went back, they said the manager called an "emergency meeting" and apologized for missing the appointment. Other than that... Great place!

Customer service was great team members were very helpful and accommodating

It is an outdoor parking space. The vehicles parked here will be exposed to the sun all day.

I was able to get my code, bring my stuff, and go right to my unit. Everything was done virtually and I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t even need to talk to an attendant. A++++

Hi everyone I'm realy satisfied with my 5x5 self storage. I recommended it to all my friends and family.

Very clean and nice staff, but if you are putting things away at closing time the whole place shuts down. We were trapped in the parking lot and couldn't get to our storage bin to lock it or out of the parking lot. Fortunately someone else got the gate open and we escaped. Your app stops working right at 5 PM on Saturday, and you will get locked in the parking lot if you are not careful. No one answers the after hours number either.

Clean facility, friendly employees, great price. Recommend this location.

When I arrived & saw it's 'Public Storage' I was ready to cancel reservation. Bad past experience. Glad I gave it a shot. Friendly, personable service by Jazmin who even swapped units to accommodate me (on crutches). Super clean, convenient parking, no long-term contract, secure, and climate controlled. Excellent location! Happy!

Very clean, efficient, and helpful service. I accidentally stayed a bit later during one of the days and received a prompt notification th following morning that this is not allowed. I appreciate that the storage takes the issue of the afterhours so seriously. The best parts of the move included a paperless and quick process, ability to use the phone app to open the gates, and plenty of carts in the yard to move your stuff into the storage.

This is an A/C controlled unit. I am happy with the decision for the most part. However, I registered online for a $1 first-month promotion. I needed to upgrade to the next size space and the agent was not able to honor the $1 special. Otherwise, it was an overall good experience.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND PUBLIC STORAGE.THEY ARE CLEAN,LOCATED IN A IDEAL PLACE AND STAFF ARE COURTEUS AND HELPFULL.

Very clean facility. However, it was very busy and they only had 4-5 carts available at the time. I had to wait 30min till a cart was available. Other than that, the staff was helpful and courteous.

very big building has A.C bathrooms.. everything is under controlled secured and gated.

The staff is professional, storage is clean convenient and lots of options to enter the gate by phone which is a plus for me because I hate entering gate codes during covid 19 and all the touching people do.

1 star removed for the gate entry hours being so early-6 PM weekdays/5 PM weekends and sometimes itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s difficult to get an answer at the office. Other than that I have had a seamless move in process and the prices were extremely affordable.

Rented online without hassles just had to have my son drop by and show his id to get gate code and there was no hassles for him or me. Made it super easy to be able to rent him a storage and me pay for it for him and payments are also online which is perfect

The facility is bright and spacious. The only part I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t like was entering a code to use the elevator. The doors close really fast and if youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re moving bulky items alone then itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s hard to run from the key pad to the elevator, while moving your items onto the elevator.

Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m still moving my stuff but itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s really easy everything is been well-designed and is in really clean and working condition. I would recommend this for Sellitti to anybody that needs a storage

It is a great storage unit and the staff are nice. The hours are difficult though….they close at 6pm sharp. We were moving in and there was no slack on time. But overall great place!!!!

Upon arrival access code did not work was given a temporary one that I forced myself not to memorize because it wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t mine when I asked the lady at the front desk if she knew where my storage was she said no didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t even look at all to even let me know what building to go to a b or c was located so my movers and I went to the wrong building started unloading things then realized it was building c it building A where we needed to go which she could have prevented buy just telling me at least what building to go to but she didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t even bother to do that she told me thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a map in the building but those maps donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t even have storage numbers on them.. so itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s basically useless they only allow one dolly cart per person which is annoying because they are quite small the storage place itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s self is nice and nice that it comes with a lock the air conditioning was great because it was a really hot day.

New Public Storage building. 5 stars all around. However I did not appreciate when one of the customer service reps mocked my combination lock and said that "We get stuff stolen ALL THE TIME. Get a better lock." Not a ringing endorsement for Public Storage. Is that their new motto? "We're Public Storage. We get stuff stolen ALL THE TIME!" Really? Then what's the use?

This facility is brand new! Everything is impeccably clean. The staff were extremely busy, yet organized and took time with each customer, as needed. With the Public Storage App, accessing the gates and unit are so easy, and quick.

Great, smooth reservation process for the 2nd time now with Sparefoot. Was greeted at the brand new building by Jose who I had spoken to earlier on the phone. He was great! Super friendly, made you feel relaxed from start to finish, and super informative.

Service was up to par , very clean facility and security was very secured.

I wish the location of the storage I reserved was clear before I booked the storage space. Not sure how I missed the information but it was not good location and finding out about it when you were already there with a big truck full of stuff was bad surprise. All the access to my storage is through two app and it is not easy to understand. We left with uncertainty feeling because closing the storage was through the app and uneasy feeling if it all worked correctly or not. We Needed much more personal guidance from the front desk at the time of first time check in.

Arrived at 430 counter person took his time but failed to inform that after 5pm you cant enter facility. I was called three days prior and the info was not relayed. Hired movers had to go home after one trip. The emplyees kept lieing that they had no way of keeping facility open. One employee was kind enough to stay and keep elevator running so we coukd drop off first set. Very frustrating.

Very pleased with this storage facility, I landed on your property after pre buying at another storage facility around the corner "ez storage". When I inspected the unit there where rat droppings, and they tried to keep my money. Found you guys and purchased immediately based on the cleanliness, temperature controlled, and the super cool locking system. The unit cost me more than the first place I went but it is well worth it!! Very pleased

Customer service unprofessional!

Basic, and while other storage facilities are offering contactless move in, this place does not. And for a facility that is in an industrial part of town, access should be past 5pm.

We came here because of the great pricing, but access to units is limited to office hours.

The limited access is is inconvenient and should be informed before the paperwork is completed

The move in process was really smooth and i liked the facility because of its cleanliness and temperature control! Also look out for good deal as it becomes available from time to time!

Fast, courteous service by Maria. Was in and out obtaining a new unit to rent Took maybe 1/2 hour and was done. Maria and all staff are all very knowledgeable about the public storage site at 15350 Oxnard Street, Van Nuys, CA.

I went in earlier today, Sunday May 7th, a little after they opened. I was greated by two friendly faces, Gracie & Amy. They showed me the storage units they where offering. They gave me good pricing and as well told me of the promotions they where having. I'm not from the Sepúlveda/Oxnard area, but they helped me locate another Public Storage near my home. They where very helpful & very friendly. Thank you guys for the tour & the help!!!!

I went in today and was helped by Jared. He was very nice and answered all my questions. He helped me pick the right unit for my needs. I've had several storage units before, so I know when I'm being oversold, and he didn't try to pressure me or convince me to buy anything that was unnecessary. Awesome! I'd highly recommend this location!

My experience with Public Storage and the new manager/Jared and his coworker/Ian has been one of my best so far!!! I have rented from several different companies throughout the years, however, I've never been treated with so much respect in the past. Not only are they knowledgeable in the work they do but they also treat their customers with nothing but utmost respect. As long as these guys work at this property, I'll never use another company again. I give them 5 stars. Keep up the good work guys!!!

I hate moving, but finding this place and working with Ian has helped remove some of the stress. Ian was very knowledgable, kind and took time to help explain all my questions. I haven't moved in yet, but I'm not worried about it anymore. Very nice clean facility and easy for movers for unloading.

The day that I rented my space a very obnoxious couple was trying to use your dollar deal for two months. Each one had a coupon and wanted to apply them to one account. The couple was argumentative and incredibly obnoxious. Borderline verbally abusive. Your manager "Brie" showed remarkable restraint. She never raised her voice, inside my head I was sreaming at the two of them, but said nothing. Brie was amazing and cool under fire. The rest of the facility has exceeded my expectations. Clean and a more than friendly crew who hasn't hesitated when I needed assistance. Thanks.
