Public Storage - Van Nuys - 8200 Balboa Blvd

It was very stressful situation on my first day at the site, thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s no one to meet me in the office, no one to answer my phone calls. After almost an hour someone finally showed up in the office and instructed me how to access all the codes. Worst part is looking for your storage, thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s no guide or maps where to go.

Decent storage, good customer service

I have a very low opinion of public storage in general. most of your facilities are disgusting and the staff are even worse. That being said, the manager at the 8200 Balboa location is one of the very best I have encountered in my 30 different rental facilities across 4 different states. She is a true asset to your company, and if she ever decides that she wants to leave, I will be as well.

Julia was very thorough in what Public Storage had to offer to make my moving experience easier & less stressful. If I had 'ONE' complaint,it would be:To have longer hours in which have access to my belongings. I work from 7am-5pm.Your hours are 9am-6pm.I have to RACE to get anything I may need from my unit (& sometimes my bus is late! Then I'm just screwed). "BUT" the convenience of your MANY locations,great PRICES, & EXCELLENT customer service is what sold me, on you guys...THANKS.

The facility was clean. The girls that worked in the office were very helpful and courteous although there is one guy who arks in the office that is very rude, not very helpful..
