I went to three other facilities before stumbling upon this one after the one I was supposed to use had no one there to meet me, even after setting the appointment time themselves. The desk attendant was friendly and very helpful. There is always someone their managing the storage facility. At least that has been my experience. The units and hallways were very clean, which was the biggest thing for my decision to use this location.

Pat, the manager, was great!The only glitch was the facility was out of locks to purchase and we hadn't brought one. Not a big deal, but best to check ahead.

2-20-23 I got locked inside 10 minutes before they closed. Had to break my way out, the alarm went off. NOBODY SHOWED UP TO LOCK THE PLACE BACK UP SO THE DOORS STAYED OPEN ALL NIGHT. NO EMERGENCY CONTACT INFORMATION AVAILABLE ONLINE. I SUGGEST THAT THIS COMPANY GET THERE ACT TOGETHER.

The staff was very helpful in getting me set up. I already rent two other storage units in nearby locations.

Pretty smooth process. So what of a wait going through registration, it was a Saturday with only one employee with a lot of in and out traffic and rental truck returns. In my opinion there should be more help on the last weekend of a month.

Clean and secure facility with no nonsense professional service. Basic carts and hand trucks available.

Great place, clean and the staff are helpful

I moved into the storage facility on the weekend. The staff was very nice and helpful. They showed me the unit prior to move in and the process was quick. The facility is well maintained, clean, and safe. They have lots of dolly carts for use, so the move in was quick! We moved in a full 10 ft. Truck in a bit under an hour.

The storage facility was clean and it was easy to get to your storage. They also had carts available to help you move your items. Nice touch! Rental truck there too and you could rent by the hour. Made it very easy for me to get my stuff to storage in a short amount of time.
