Only bad thing is it has no elevator and the move in was more difficult because my unit is in 2nd floor… a huge discount should be offered since that elevator hasn’t been operating in over 8 months from what I was told from the front desk

Nothing fancy, just a clean and secure local storage facility. Management seems very organized and takes good care of the property. Would recommend.

Yes, you can store your stuff here but, I get the sinking feeling it will stay forever partly because it's so hard to get in and out with limited hours and a slow elevator. The upside it the person at the desk was friendly. The payment system was down so I had to pay in cash. Move-in and move out as soon as possible.

Place is clean and employee was very helpful.The employee followed up with my reservation via phone call no more than 15 minutes after I made the reservation.

The man that registered us was great but on move in the next day a different man was there. Initially, the desk was empty then a van came racing in and a man jumped out and rushed into the office. The man sat down at behind the desk and was very abrupt and rude. We asked where our unit was, as the numbers do not run consecutively, and kept wandering around in a maze. We had to ask three times before he made it clear enough that we could locate our unit. If I had not already signed up I would have left and gone to another company. If we continue to be treated this way we will leave as soon as possible. Very unprofessional.

I just moved into this storage unit and I was blown away by how friendly and helpful the manager was. Also, they had an elevator which was incredibly helpful for my move into a second story unit. I would highly recommend this storage unit.

Had about twenty trips to storage over the weekend. Always had carts available, on-stie manager was terrific. Unit was clean and easy to reach.

I looked at other storage places before StorCal #3 and none could much the price, cleanliness and customer service. Theo, who runs the place, made the moving transition an enjoyable experience - he was friendly and helpful throughout. Additionally, it was easy to book online.

I literally have rented from many, many, many storage units over many years in my life and StorCal Self Storage was the easiest and best experience ever. They are kind people, easy to rent from, not tons of paper work like you are signing you life away, no hidden fees that rack up at the end, clean facility, no problems of having to move in or out on certain days of the month or that you have to wait to the end of the month, they don't feel in any way like they are trying rip you off, workable hours for access...it was all so simple with them, I definitely recommend them and would use them again if I needed.

I just needed a little bit of storage space for some items that didn't quite fit in my new apartment. I was able to get just what I was looking for, and even got a 2-month half price deal once I visited the location! All of this was done quickly and efficiently.

I used this facility before when I lived in LA 10 years ago and had a good experience then -- thus I went back again. Picked facility originally because it's in Warner Center area -- pretty safe area and it's conveniently close.

needed a place quick, Theo answered all my questions. when we got there, he found us an even better spot for our needs for the same low price. only downside is the hours. However, the positive about the hours is it keeps it more secure. Nobody going in unwatched at all hours. overall, a great place to store your stuff.

The place was and is very clean and quiet. Well lit areas and easy access to load and unload right in the front door.

Staff friendly and helpful. It was nice to be able to use their truck to move my belongings to the storage unit.

I don't have much to compare it to, just Public Storage, which is cleaner and safer, but more expensive.
