The on-site manager, Gabby was definitely pleasant personable with excellent interpersonal relationship skills. She is definitely a compliment to the management.

Great service by Julia -- professional in all ways! From a previous visit there, she knew I wanted a 10 x 30 space if possible. I had already scheduled another company space but when a 10 x 30 opened up at her facility she promptly called me and I went with Public Storage rather than the 10 x 25 at the other facility. And the PS price was quite a bit less. Bob Foss

When i walked in the first thing i got from hazel was a great friendly smile. She is such a wondeful girl. She was easy to talk to and helped me with any questions i had. Welcoming environment she is the girl u go to for anything thank u haze

This Storage facility is a perfect it's clean, Secure and I highly recommend it. The people that work there are awesome very nice and very helpful. There are to young lady's that work there Hazel and Laura they helped me out so much so if you want good customer service ask for them thank you girls!

Hazel and Laura were amazing! I forgot to lock my storage and they went and locked it for me! I didn't even know I didn't lock it!!! For sure everything I will rent storage at this location.

Went into this facility to see about a storage space and the staff was very welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. The compound itself was clean and looked like my stuff would be safe. Defiantly a big plus for me.

Laura is very courteous and professional. Always explaining and making sure I understand the rules and police. But refused to give m access to my unit on the account that I was late on my rent. Although she had maintenance fix my door unit 15 minutes after I told her it was damage....i really appreciated it.

We have loved our experience with Public Storage so far! I'm a firm believer that there is always room for improvement, however, so I rarely give anything 5 stars. The facility we are renting from could be improved with clearer directions to units, and figuring out a way to keep the bathroom open past office hours. (I completely understand that the second suggestion is probably not realistic, but it would definitely be a huge plus!) Thanks for being awesome!

The best part of my experience with the public storage on Parthenia in Reseda was Laura the property manager who was super nice super accommodating and went out of her way to help. Now for public Storage themselves I think their prices are a little high and confusing the way they do their monthly prorating deposits they charge an arm and a leg are there locks which are the only locks you can use on your unit pretty much. They should also make there's storage doors in the large units wider.

Maria at your Parthenia location made registration very easy and painless. There was a repair issues on the only available in the size I needed and within a couple of hours she had it repaired so I could move in.
