This review is for the Northridge facility in 9341 Shirley Ave. How evil these peple are!!! The worst, rude and just two faced evils... After coerced by being acting good to get my business, I had to cancel due to my final destination was in OC which was 70 miles away & so I let them know that I had no choice but to cancel. That is when their true ugly personality start showing. I told them, let's be nice after all this is a holiday season & I gave you guys a raving 5 stars review. Boy, they said, Google reviews don't scare us & we don't care about your review and just rude and evil as they can be. Everyone, avoid these two faced rude facility!!!

Place was clean, aside from that I was not impressed nor felt valued as a customer. Staff needs to be educated on customer service etiquette. Also, was told the offer online was not valid at this location!! If there were another facility close by, I would definitely move my items there!

They all were very nice to me and I love the storage.

Great customer service! This is my second time renting a unit from this location and I always feel welcomed. I'm a college student and I needed to put my stuff somewhere for the summer months. Last year when I went renting for the first time, I didn't know what size I needed or what I was getting myself into. But Helena in the front was really nice and she helped me out. Public storage has a rule that they can't hold a space for you for over a week, but I was on spring break, they understood my situation and they did hold the space for me for two weeks. I really like this place.

I've used other Public Storage facilities in the past. This location is hands down the most customer service friendly facility I've ever been encountered in this field across the USA. Both assistants, Helena and Laura are model employees and do their work efficiently, pleasingly and with a great knowledge of the business, all this done with warm smiles, great professionalism and customer care/service as a focal point. Their interactions with the public should be the training model followed by all Public Storage facilities everywhere. Thank Helena and Laura for making the storing my belongings a pleasant experience.

I rented a 10X10 unit about 4 years ago. The person who helped and explained how things work was very professional and patient with us. I was very pleased with the service and the reasonable prices. This time we are renting a 5X5 and we were treated with the same professionalism like the first time. Laura did not try to take advantage of our need like other places do. We told her what kind of stuff was going to be stored and she determined that we should be fine with a 5X5 rather than a 5X8 or higher. She said that we were always welcome to upgrade if we need to. I am very please and happy to be back with this company.

I have been with Public Storage going on four years and I still feel my things are safe. The ladies that work here have been nice from day one and I love how they call me to make sure I don't miss my payment. Each person that work at this location has great customer service skills and always give you a smile and nice hello. This location is wonderful, wonderful.

I have been a customer for over 5 years and have had 3 different units during that time. As my needs changed Helena was there to help me with the right sized unit in my preferred area. Helena runs a tight ship over there and it is evident in the well maintained facility. Ron is man behind the curtain. You probably won't see him behind the counter but he is the one that fixed the light that burnt out or anything else that is in need to repair. The whole staff is pleasant and always greet you with a smile. The facility is always immaculate. This is the only place to go for all your storage needs. If you need a storage unit go see Helena.

I have had a storage unit for over a year and just upgraded to a larger unit. The customer service has always been excellent and the staff is always willing to be of service and help out. I would recommend Public Storage to anyone looking for a clean unit that is clean and well maintained.

Very clean interiors. Friendly staff. Only downside is that Public storage got rid of pro-rated rates for your last month.

From the time we entered the office until the time we moved our boxes into our unit, the staff at Public Storage made us feel as if we just came "home". They bent over backwards to make sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend Public Storage.
