Filled out the online check in before arriving. Fast and efficient. Clean and freshly painted facility. Plus first month for $1. I've had other storage units, and this one is the best by far.

Una (property manager) did a great job on the phone and in person during the whole process. Very nice. The one hang-up I have is the charge for the lock on my 5x5 unit. I feel like that was a little twist of the knife during the initial sign-up. Yeah, you're giving a 50% discount on the first month but then add in the Admin fee and the lock fee and I was charged more ($89) than what the monthly fee is going to be thereafter ($87).

So far, so good! Staff (especially Una) is very cordial and helpful. The flat bed carts have been very useful and so far have been available each time we've been there. Space and price are more than fair. Good experience since we "moved in" last week. Thank you!

Customer service was excellent. I'm a little concerned about the price I feel its a little on the high side. 5x10 actually measures out less than that 4.5x9.5

My only challenge was that there were limited storage units available in larger sizes in the town I was wanting. Other than that service, overall appearance, security, etc. has been great.

I found the employees at Public Storage to be very professional and helpful. The only problem I had was that when initially calling about a storage unit, I was told that all I would need to get a unit was $1 for the first month $22 admin. fee. Nothing was said about having to have insurance on the unit, and people need to be informed when it comes to putting out money. Other than that, I was very pleased with this transaction.
