Wonderful staff and amazing storage with plenty of space!

So far so good! I thought the access hours were til 6 the other day, but something told me to check again and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m glad I did cause I dont know if ok would have been able to finish moving in for the day. But I ended up having a whole hour. Left. So m-f the actual access hours are til 7pm!

The staff here is very helpful and forthcoming.

Had a great day moving into a clean and secure facility, staff is very outgoing and professional as well. This business model should be the standard in all storage facilities!

The only thing that I do not like is it does not have flexible asses hours.

Both ladies on the front desk were welcoming and made the process easy. Place is clean, well lit, and easy to access.

Johnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s was super pleasant from the day I spoke with her. The storage facilities are super clean and they offer insurance and a lock so hassle free. Only thing I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t like is that I cannot access whenever I want by using my code.

Contract terms are somewhat restrictive

I fully recommend A-1 Self Storage based on cleanliness, less expensive rates compared to other sites, staff availability and support, ease of accessing the storage space in the building, and location of site near I-880 and High St. Johnae was very attentive when explaining the terms of storage rental and answering questions.As I use the storage, all staff members have been consistently friendly and responsive to questions and needs.

I found the storage unit Company online searching for self storage facilities. I was looking for location and price and this location was not too far from where I am moving away from, and the price was affordable. There was a 2-month discount after moving in and it was just what I needed. Reservation process was also made online and no payment was needed for the reservation. It was very straightforward and convenient. It was a little challenge at first figuring out the office for the location being that is on 45th Street but the address says Coliseum way. But that was not a major issue. The security and set up of the facility is nice and secure. The lock system for the actual storage unit is new to me but is nice. I like the fact that they have cameras at the elevators and an intercom system to communicate to people.

it was clean and nice only thing was i needed a different style of lock which is ok i guess

Beautiful marvelous very versatile nice and clean

I had such a good experience with this storage unit. The manager & associate weﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re very accommodating. I just moved here and really need support. They took a weight off of my shoulders. I highly recommend this space. The unit is also very affordable!
