The unit I was able to find was about $100 less the competitors in the area, but their quality wasn't affected at all.

Although I was pleased with my initial experience, I was recently informed that I could use my renter ins policy to cover the ins needs of extra storage. I wasn't given this info during signing up , but rather through another customer. Options were not given to me which makes me skeptical of extra storage motives.
