Registering at the facility was simple. Nora was professional - helpful and friendly. She took me to the unit which was clean and ample for my needs. Facility in general was well kept. She demonstrated opening and closing up the unit, reviewed the facility rules on our way back. We moved things in on Sunday, had no trouble with access or unlocking/locking the unit. I had not needed a storage space in quite a few years. The whole process was quick, smooth, and timely.

I booked my unit close to closing but still got a call from Evelyn 10 minutes later confirming my move in the next day. She was very helpful and friendly when I met her the next morning. The place was clean and well kept. She showed me around and to my unit. She helped me figure out which package of boxes would best fit my needs. I got a call a couple days later asking about my experience it had been great so far. I moved out a week later and Evelyn came by to say hello and assist me with closing out. It was fast and easy.

Evelyn's the best it makes losing $360 a month almost a pleasure. She is very diligent and has always been very cooperative and helpful the company should be very proud of how she represents public storage. It sounds strange however I miss her. Great service and attention to detail.

Other than the cost being too high, everything else is excellent. Other storage facilities were just as nice, but significantly lower in price.You got me with the $1.00 move in fee though!! Great Promotional Marketing move!! ;-) However, I plan on moving to a less expensive facility after I down size some of my shhhtuff!! But we all know how that goes, huh...? Lol

I greatly appreciate the wonderful women that work the counter at this location. They are gems who did their best, but I really didn't appreciate three issues that management should immediately address: 1) 8-13% annual rate increase. This is ridiculous. I was a loyal customer fpor almost 3 years starting with one unit and 1 parking space. By the end I had 2 units and 3 parking spaces, I would have hoped that loyalty would be rewarded, but no, you guys jacked the rates up way too high each year. 2) The toilet was shut down for months "waiting for a part" and then when it finally did reopen it was frequently not functioning correctly. Looks like you guys are cutting corners. 3) It took forever to get anything corrected. The light switch for our unit was replaced only to have it not work for several weeks. Only after repeated phone calls and stopping in the office did they finally repair it.
