Good price; rough location. Confusing process.

Reva and Andrea are both incredibly professional incredibly kind and went out of their way to make me feel welcomed and even the person on the original number that I booked was exceptionally human, professional, understanding and found me the best price and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m blown away that the entire experience was the best Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve ever had in my entire life and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m 60 years old Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve had quite a few storage units. I used to live not far from here, so I can attest that the location is not ideal in terms of appearance or safety. The facility itself, however, is clean and well monitored with security cameras. The price could not be beat on my comparisons, and the service has been excellent.

Clean courteous nice place if you need a storage

I have had the best experience at smart stop they are always friendly, fast, helpful, and all around amazing. If casey didnt work there i dont know if i would continue to store there. She is the main reason i stay. I have already recommended a few people go there and three have and all are glad they did.

My experience was hassle free. Got a unit in a great location and paid a lot less than competitors in the area. I came to the facility 3 times in the last 2 days. Casey explained the rules throughly and made my experience painless. Moving is a pain and short term storage was the best solution for me during this uncertain time. I wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

Conveniently located right off the highway and Alameda, all units have drive-up access. Good deal, very friendly store manager, Kasey. Downside: in very industrial area, area around it pretty deserted so could feel unsafe (I was there on sunny weekday afternoon and it was fine).

The woman that helped me was great. She went the extra mile to ensure I got my military discount.

I was so impressed with the customer service and the area my storage unit was rented that i recommended the storage unit to a family member who also was so impressed that she rented a unit. The manager is very business-like, i feel comfortable with my stuff being stored here.

only fault I can find is on cleanliness, the floor of the unit was very dusty and dirty

Easy to get to, clean, would prefer longer hours, although most facilities close at the same time.
