My interaction with the Property manager was amazing! Alyna was very kind and gave excellent customer service. She was friendly and was very knowledgeable about all my questions. I felt comfortable asking questions and didn't feel rushed during our encounter. I would definitely recommend her to anyone else. I am a big fan on customer service and she was able to provide it to me 100%.

The management is very professional and helpful with an amazing staff of efficient caring people. The prices are the best in East Contra Costa. The location is excellent with easy access. The facility is clean with a variety of units available to meet your needs. The hours are convenient. There are also surveillance cameras on the premises.

I rented a large unit a few weeks ago to store my four bedroom house until next month. The rental experience and the unit itself were both very satisfactory (except the door to my unit is very difficult to get up). However there is a lot of garbage at the facility and whoever designed the entrance was not thinking of trucks or moving vans. It was difficult and irritating to have to run over the curb every time I went. I am not looking forward to bringing the large moving truck in a few weeks.
