Surprised they don’t offer a military discount. Also wish their website was more transparent about the terms of the promos and rates. I had to call to figure out the timeline of the promo and when the rates increase.

I had been there for almost 5 years until 6/21/23 when I moved out finally. Since Dawn has been there as manager she has gone above and beyond to help out at this facility. She worked by herself for a Long time, and did a great job it was Way too much for One person. The day I moved out job, she was there at 6am to open the gate for my movers to get their truck in. It didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t open until 9:30am. She offered coffee to all six guys. Which was awesome. Negative issues are that the company charges too much for there units and the prices continue going up on a regular basis.

The customer service and military discount are some of the best parts of storage west. However, the unit sizing is also the best I have seen. I love that it is large enough for my house items AND my car! I also love that it is drive up style.

Like that the truck was included with the price with the storage unit. That made it alot easier and I saved some $$ as well.

We originally wanted this unit because of their dot program, but because of the pandemic, they wouldn't let us use the trucks. I hope they make up for it on move out, but other than that we had a smooth transition into the unit and they offer military discount. The unit was shown prior to move in, he answered all our questions, and was very clean.

I'm on the second floor but can make use of the furniture lift, which I love! Cindy is the one who helped me out greatly.

Being my first time to rent a storage unit I wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t sure what to expect. I called around, got different prices and Storage West was the cheapest. It was easy to find using the directions from their website, the unit itself and the property it sat on was very clean and exactly how it was described over the phone. To top it off the security is Great. Exactly what youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d expect from a storage rental facility.

Awesome half off deal made it worth it to me, and the office has lollipops for tenants.

Driving a little tight, but manageable. Located in a good location. Lights in the storage areas would be great. So far, very satisfied, price a little on the high side.

We found Storage West on a 3rd party website and couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t be happier with the result! They worked with us, were polite, and courteous. They showed us where our unit was and how to work the lift. Made us aware of all their policies upfront and were able to make sure that we got the deal from online!

You can reserve a free truck for move in/out (50 Miles tops). Where else can you get that deal? Office manager is really nice. Great customer service. He lives on location and there is an alarm system as well so to me it's as safe as you can get.

I am glad we choose this facility, the process was easy and just what we needed. We were in and out within the hour and easy access to get our stuff in. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Dave was wonderful in following up with the resversion and making sure that we had everything that we needed.

I was happy with the website, telephone conversation and extremely impressed with the manager David he went above and beyond common service in a very cheerful manner.I did notice that he was handling more than one client and issue at the same time time without being slightly flustered he treated everyone in the same helpful manner.

Convenient and efficient.

The temporary staff that day was very unprofessional and unorganized. Very disappointed if it had not been for I had already spoken with pm who was awesome on phone. But the staff member covering for pm really did not make a very good impression on company as a whole. I'm just glad she was only their for that day. Or else I would not of even rented that day at all.

We liked the location near the main road. easy access to it. Thanks
