The employees are great it was clean and very mice

I chose this storage facility because it was the cheapest I could find near me. Nothing I'm storing is all that valuable so I wasn't concerned about security. I was very pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The facility is quite secure, excellently maintained and very clean. An excellent value indeed.

Everything is great my unit is easy to get to very clean.

Reserved a 5x10 storage unit through Sparefoot. Reservation was confirmed with CubeSmart. Easy to check in and was affordable. I would rent again!

Everything went pretty well while signing up with Natalie. We had an issue with the code at first but eventually it worked. I came back that same night to unload our uhaul truck before heading to our new place. The code didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work when I arrived. It was very frustrating because we wanted to unload our storage items prior to arriving to our new apartment. I eventually got a hold of someone regarding my code which they gave me a temporary code but was too late to go in and unload our storage without getting locked in. We had to rent another uhaul just to load it back up causing double the work and take it back to our storage unit which the code finally worked.

I was greeted most pleasantly when I walked in the door.My rental was done in just a few minutes. The access hours are better than most other facilities.

best price I could find for a 10 x 20 unit. I'm able to save money and have a larger unit.

Access times are ridiculously strict with NO leaniancy. The manager chases and follows every last person out at 9:45pm. After store hours, the manager is nearly impossible to get ahold of. Way to much money.

Easy to setup and fast way to move in

I was satisfied with the price and their customer service. However, security and cleanliness seem to be lacking. Our unit's bar for the lock had been tampered with previously and partially broken although we were still able to secure with the lock through a second hole on the bar. We also noticed rat poison box near our unit. Lastly, there's no temperature control, so the inside of the unit was about 90 degrees. If I had visited the property before moving in, I probably wouldn't have selected this storage company.

I think the place is nice clean and roomy, and easy to move in our stuff thank you.

very efficient and courteous. Answered all questions. Explained rules, limitations, etc. Didn't push, or rush. As a consumer, I was very satisfied with my initial contact with staff.

I was surprised that there was an additional monthly insurance fee, but I needed the storage and it was close by.

I recommend visiting this location and meeting the staff who were courteous & professional. Great value compared to other nearby storage facilities.

The on-site manager was kind and courteous and very helpful, after arriving from a 90 min drive to find out that a rep from barefoot.com gave me an incorrect quote/info , i was very disappointed. But the manager did a great job making up for it, giving me my storage needs at a great price! Great customer service here!

The area it's located in is sorta shady. I don't feel comfortable going ther at night. A lot of shady people tend to hang around the area and it's fairly easy to get into. But during the day it's fine. Customer service could be better. The girl up front seemed overwhelmed and annoyed.

Due to the new program on their computers they had a lot of problems with it freezing. when I started to move things into my storage I noticed there were lots of spider webs in my storage unit this is my first time renting a storage unit so I am not sure if they are supposed to clean, but mine was not cleaned. The people who worked there seemed very nice and apologized for the computer freezing.

It took almost an hour to get all of the paper work done, they were very unorganized and the light in my unit doesn't even work. They said they fix it, but no one has yet to fix it.
