Public Storage - Montclair - 5548 Arrow Hwy

Too much customers to move in, and nobody told you that you have to put in a password to enter the elevator. Very a few cart to load your stuff and you have to move them one by one to the third floor by yourself.

Facility is well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. So glad we were able to secure a spot here.

Everything was straight forward.

nice people one time my husband did not close it right so they call me if i could go and close it so that means they check everything their on top of everything.

Very happy with the special price and hope it isn't a gimmick and the price will go up. Associate said the price should remain the same for 3- 6 months. The only concern I have is that there are no lights inside the unit and that would be so helpful. I have the 10 x 20 and it really needs light. Thank you.

my rent went up way too much in a years time it went from 135 to 165 to 195 not good almost left i felt like i was forced into a smaller unit ands had to get rid of alot of personal things thaT MENT SOMETHING SPECIAL TO ME I WAS SO DISSAPOINTED

Staff was very friendly and this location was clean. Only reason they didn't get 5 stars is that they only have a limited amount of carts available for customers to use. If all are checked out (which is what happened in my case), I had to carry boxes from the car to the storage unit. They did offer to sell me a furniture dolly, but why should I have to buy one??? I didn't think this was right.

Very efficient service

April, the manager, is incredibly professional. She understood our needs and made sure we had everything we needed. Location was spotless and well-kept. Price for what we needed was great too. I would recommend this place.

My only complaints are the elevators are FILTHY and smell like dirty bodies and the lights do not stay on when I am inside my unit The lights keep turning off in the hallway.

The staff is always helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to work with my personal storage needs. Chris and April have been a blessing. Would recommend!

Great staff. Clean facilities.

I got a storage facility here 3 months ago. I love that is indoors and very clean. It is easy to access. Chris helped me out with fitting my pictures in the right boxes. If it is worth keeping and storing, use the proper container to preserve and protect it. The staff that I have helped me are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I highly recommend this Public Storage in Montclair.

Only 4 star because it wasn't free ;) Lily and April both very helpful moving in, and out. No hidden fees. Very upfront. Christopher was very friendly as well - good staff all around.

The staff at hand were extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for your storage needs. The only mild annoyance was due to the thefts of all the dollies, which meant that there was a check-in and out process with the dollies so make sure to bring valid ID when checking in/out.

Excellent Customer Service. From start to end this facility is great. Easy Access. Make sure to check out the online prices first as they are cheaper. Management staff was very helpful.

Everything is fine

In Montclair, California, Christopher took care of all my requests and needs with enthusiasm and efficiency, and some without me even having to ask. I very highly recommend Public Storage. The service is wonderful. The facility is clean and easily accessible. Every visit is pleasant and successful in every way.

My storage unit is supposed to be climate controlled but it is hot all the time. We have asked the onsite manager about this issue and was told that there is nothing that they can do to make the storage unit cooler!

John at the Montclair location is the best. Very friendly. He even offered me a cold bottle of water on that warm afternoon. John showed me my unit and explained how the door & lock worked. John also made sure I understood how to use the access gate using the "hands on" method. The location is clean and well maintained I have been in customer service for over 20 years. John is a perfect example of what customer service should be!!! I am very happy with decision to use Public Storage!
