This is close to my house which I love, it is very clean. It is easy to get in and out the key pad is in a good place going in and out. All the staff are friendley and helpful will answer all your questions. the prices are good

The only reason I gave a 4 on rating is that you have to rent 2 months to get the super cheap price. But since I need it for 2 months, it works out great for me. My unit is in the new building so it's super clean.

I m storing some stuff the summer break from college. We arranged everything over the phone. Check in was very easy. Conveniently located close to Chapman.

Impeccable staff and other than the limited parking due to construction and caltrans this place is definitely rated first class in my experience and the knowledge they gave me about my storage unit was what I needed to put my mind at ease.

Linda helped me with everything! She was so fun and friendly. I felt completely at home and the unit was exactly what I need. I've been to some units where you have to go up elevators and trek down halls to get to the unit. But the layout of Storage West is perfect and simple. I was able to pull up a truck right to the opening of my 5'X7' unit! They also have a truck they provide for move ins which is nice. Great down to earth people and no strings attached. My kind of place.

I am a little disappointed. I found out after the fact that there was no lights in the units, so I'd have to store stuff in the dark. This was my fault... I didn't notice. The price is a little steep for what I'm getting. I will probably look for a less expensive option soon once I sell some of the stuff in the locker. I want to try and get down to a 5x5 to save money.

Everyone at Storage West was extremely helpful. Linda and Earl and Bob were wonderful when dealing with me and the move I had to make due to the recent death of my husband. I have had nothing but politeness and helpfulness with everyone there.
