If the units had access to more indoor lighting it would be helpful, such as having the lights on a manual timer the renter can turn on or off as they need, while working in the unit. Otherwise, I have no other complaints.

Great prices and close granddaughter school this is the first time I use public storage.

So far so good - it was an easy process to rent online and set up with minimal to no contact needed with public storage outside of the web. For the price of $154 I do wish that maybe the unit would have been swept a little more before my move in. Also - the unit lock rebate is very misleading. The lock that you pay for (which is said to be refunded upon move in pending you bring your own lock) is a small janky circle key lock that is REQUIRED in order for your unit door to not have an open hole within the door. You can't not use that type of lock.

Great from start to finish

The rental process was easy, just be aware of additional costs like mandatory insurance, a lock, and a moisture absorber. The customer service was great and I had an overall good experience. They provide loading carts as well for convenience.

Customer service is by far the most important aspect of any business. The manager went above and beyond when I was there. He not only got be squared away but went out of his way to assist others that were having problems.

My experience was excellent. Customer service at it's best. I was in and out of there in a timely manner. I didn't have to ask any questions. Everything was answered without me asking.

Staff is great! They are friendly and professional. Very welcoming! However, Online "discount" incentives are misleading. No where does it state the discounts do not apply if you are currently renting a unit. In fact, I would think it would apply as an incentive for repeat business. Had I known that when I reserved the unit, I might not have.

Sheri was super helpful and made it quick and easy to get all my belongings stored away for the summer. Great monthly pricing too.

This is my second storage with PS. I get follow up phone calls asking if my experience is good. Customer service is excellent. Facilities are clean and well lit. I'll use them again and recommend PS to others.

I was looking for a 10x15 drive up. My girl and I came to this location because it had a lot of good reviews. Unfortunately, Jatziry didn't have any available at the moment. But she offered to look at other location close by but they where out of our budget. She was very knowledgeable and very friendly. Great customer service. Although, we did not end up renting here I will definitely recommend this storage facility to family and friends.

The customer service was great andnits very clean with plenty of room but Im a little disappointed with the deal I got compared to other PS places in the area.

The entire process of looking then selecting a storage unit was easy. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I love that the units are safe and secure.
