Public Storage - Orange - 601 N Main Street

Always liked Public Storage as an x employee and now a customer.

I have the appointment to the property manager but no one showed up and call the customer service why no one in the property and told me the manager will be there in 10 to 15 minutes and I waited for 30 minutes and still no one showed up.

After they blue-off my first appointment , everything went great

The customer service was outstanding. No negative vibes, very positive, LOVING AND KIND. WISH this kind of customer service was mandatory. Thank you Pubic Storage.

This place is a lot cleaner than storage units I've had in the past. I love that they have an app to open the gates and doors! Locked in a great price and probably will stay here long-term

Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve just rented a space, and the online rental process was fantastic. However, when I went there at 6:30 am to check out the place I was surprised to find the main gate open and no one was there. I became concerned about the security of the place. When I came back at 10:30 to unload my stuff, the gate was still open. When I finished unloading my stuff at 12:00 the gate was still open. On my way out I saw a lady that works there and I asked her about the gate and she said that because of the heavy rain the previous night the gateﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s chain snapped and that it will be fixed. I wanted to express my concern about the security of the place, but she rudely asked me to move on! That is the only reason I only gave 3 stars.

Easy set up was great. Staff was friendly. I havenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t received my first bill yet but it seems easy enough.

I just rented my space, and haven't had to deal with any problems at the site yet. My rental process was easy and agreeable, the manager was super helpful and kind. The space was very specific - I wanted a drive-up medium size space with a roll up door- and this was the only place I could find a unit that met my needs. I only gave 4 stars because their open hours are very short and I'm sure that will be a problem in the future for me. But this is the only negative thing that I can see happening at this time.

Good customer service, clean facility, and locally located to fit my needs.

Everything went smooth and I was standing in my new unit about 20 minutes after checking the availability. Could not have gone smoother. This facility has the nicest and most professional staff.

This PS storage is a good one. Debbie has given me great personal service, starting from the moment I requested info online. She called me in less then 30 mins after I the send button. Best rates for a full sized unit with an outside roll up door, Easy to pay online or in person at ANY PS storage. Renting People are terrible, tossing out their unwanted things, but the employees keep it clean. Good office hours, good gate hours. Never have I had any problems. I highly recommend this place if you need to store anything!

My husband and I stored our items at this location for over a year. The property is highly secured with a coded gate, coded entry door, and very secure locks (you buy there $5.00) for the doors. Evelyn and Jill were very attentive and were very helpful! We highly recommend this place!

I got a great deal for a drive up storage at Public Storage in Orange. Friendly staff and secure facility. I wish I could get a discount on a year lease though.

I had a very good experience with Public Storage. I was assisted by Debbie and Gretchen. Both were very pleasant, friendly and professional. I was given complete and accurate information. I would recommend to friends.

I was in the office Saturday 9/12 and the experience was great. Gretchen helped us, she was all by Herself,very busy and was still very polite , juggled 6 different people the whole time Smiling.

Public storage has really helped out my family and I since we've been looking for a place to live we keep all our belongings there and it's a great safe place nothing has gone missing. People are kind and helpful I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I had to down size to a smaller unit. I was able to get a smaller unit in the same floor with the help of your manager. All in a matter of minutes. Thank you.

I'm pleased with the staff. The space rented was perfect, and clean. So far is been a good experience!

Everything is good but my light in my unit doesn't work hard to get over to the storage in the day because of my work if I could get reimburse or discount for a burnt out unit
