Cherie was very nice and presentable, butI was unhappy about additional charges i wasn't expecting. other storage places have been upfront with all their fees upon inquiry, so i could make the best choice. i needed this unit at a time that's been very difficult financially, so to pay more than double what i was expecting to was disappointing. ASK about fees when you inquire online and they call you or when you call.

I had reserve a unit upstairs,. But the elevator was broken. How they expect you to move a 3 bedroom house using stairs. I felt like they. Should have charged me the same price on a downstairs unit for the upstairs unit.

I like this place because of its central and convenient location. The staff people at the office are very friendly, however I must say that the length of time that was needed to fill out all the forms to lease a unit was way too long, I felt sorry for the people were in line and had to wait for us to finish our paperwork. I do not understand why is so long and complicated, but that is the way it is. Otherwise I like the place and I recommend it.

First time to get a storage maribel the manager helped me to get a space that will work for me with the great deal, she is awesome!!! nice property, clean and perfect area. I will definitely recommend this storage place to my family and friends.

Units are pretty fairly priced. I would suggest finding your unit on their website before you come in, seeing that it's easier to reserve one in advance and they'll hold the spot for you until you come in. They called me promptly after I reserved a space online and stayed in good communication. The facility is clean, although some of the units themselves could do with upgraded floors and door locks. The staff is friendly, Only one major problem I can I speak of would be the lengthy amount of time it takes to have someone respond to any problems you may be having as a tenant (ie; repairs or maintenance needed on the unit doors or help accessing your unit incase you've lost the key.) Other than that, I'm pretty happy with the location. The lighthouse tower out front makes it easy to find your way here and between the Orange Police Station located only one street over and the manager that lives on site, I am satisfied feeling my possessions will be under safe watch here at this Public Storage.

I needed a storage for a warehouse full of things. I arrived to a very clean location in Orange, Ca right by my store so easy to get to for me. Ivy showed me the unit size I needed and it was clean and easy to get my box truck by pulling right up to the space to unload. Ivy made the process easy and I was on my way in no time. I have since moved in and I am happy that I choose Public storage. Thanks again Ivy.....

We came to this facility because it is close to where we live. The site is clean and well maintained. We especially loved the customer service we received from Kira.mShe found us the unit we wanted in the location we wanted. She went out of her way to make sure we got the right size and right location. Additionally she made sure the unit was ready for us the date we are moving our stuff in.
