Found this place to be secure and getting set up was very easy and professional..

The manager was extremely helpful answering my questions and ensuring that the unit fit my needs. I appreciated that though it was very close to office closing hours, she entertained everyone of my questions and answered them.

I needed a small unit and found perfect place at great price. Move in was easy, staff very friendly and helpful, especially Sue from Chicago! Unit was spotlessly clean. Only suggestion: make signage clearer and larger, it took me several circles around the buildings to find my unit!

Just got the unit. The place is clean, updating the video surveillance currently and the check-in process was simple.

To be honest i was so impressed with the location they picked and the whole place. It so clean and theres a lot of diff types of units u can choose from. Affordable price and theres a disable access also. I will recommend it to everyone. and the good thing about it they dont force you and tell you that you can only stay there for certain days or months. As long as you can pay the monthly fee your good. The stuff that works there are so friendly esp to a first timer like me. The customer service also did amazing job helping me. Filling out the lease on line was impossible. John helped us when we arrived. The on line price was different than the price that John quoted me. He seemed surprised that it was different, but did change the lease to the on line price I found. He showed us around the very large facility.
