The manager at the public storage facility on Acturus in Oxnard knows her business and is a great people person. I would highly recommend this facility.

Wish it was closer to the freeway

Danny was a great help, believe me when I say I'm like a kindergartner with instructions, but he was patient & kind with me every minute. I'm happy he was there to assist me that day.

unit was close to door and everything was good just wish it was closer to the freeway. Manager had great customer service wish the lighting would have been a bit better i need to het a light for inside the unit.

Great staff lower priced storage but not accessible 24 hrs and location isnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t as accessible but overall great for the price:)

My experience with Public Storage was outstanding from the time I stepped into the office at Port Hueneme, CA... and what made my experience memorable was Elizabeth. She was friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. My wife and I were in urgent need of storage unit re to a recent move. Not only did Elizabeth find us a unit, she was able to upgrade us to one more suitable for our needs. Many thanks Elizabeth for the effort you put forth to assist us.

I have to say, your Property Manager at Port Hueneme, Elizabeth, made the process very easy. It is no wonder that she has been there seven years. Her customer service is great! She explained everything very clearly and covered all of my questions. She is definitely an asset for Public Storage!!

Marcus of public storage oxnard made the transfer and storage of our items quick and easy. He was very helpful regarding all aspects from signing docs to the actual ways and means of the storage process. He and public storage do deserve 5 stars.

Excellent customer service, excellent price, location is to my preference, outside of mainly overcrowded city. I just now realized the gate hours are a bit of a challenge for me at times, an extra hour in the evening would be s tremendous help. But I understand and appreciate the security provided by such policies. So 5 stars if I can get an extra hour in th evenings to reorganize for no real reason other then my obsessive tendencies. :)

I cannot recommend this facility highly enough mainly due to Elizabeth, the onsite manager. I had to drive in from out of state to close my unit and pack everything for moving. I had limited time to accomplish it all. Elizabeth was there every step of the way helping me get it all done and solve the challenges when not everything went as planned. She is the epitome of great customer service. It's hard to find these days. Elizabeth thank you so much for making a really tough moving trip so much easier. You deserve an award!

The company has verifiable standards when it comes to its product and customer service.

Elizabeth helped us on a cold rainy night after a moving truck blunder that condensed or move from two days into 24 hours. She called to check on our arrival and helped us secure another unit when we realized we needed more room. Very helpful and courteous.

Elizabeth is awesome. Explains everything to me well and is always there to answer my questions. The office is well managed and Ive never had a problem. I don't just give out good reasons without someone earning them. Ive been renting here for almost a year.
