Public Storage - Ventura - 5515 Walker Street

Very easy access and very clean the entire place

Found public storage posting online and was able to reserve a unit the same day (did not have the same experience with local facilities). Public storage was priced affordably and their staff was extremely professional and courteous making the process quick and easy.

The process of seeing the unit and completing the paperwork took a few minutes. They answered all my questions. The staff was very friendly and professional. They were respectful of my time. Quick and easy!

Easy to register for, use the facilities, and my equiptment feels safe. Marco (I think!) was great with checkin.

Well the truck broke down maybe from lack of maintenance...water in the brakes...but everyone took good care of us and all ended well...

Extended gate hours and the office is open everyday, which is great. Irene and joey are very helpful I recently had an issue with my auto payment and I was traveling and she was able to help me. Higly recommend this facility as well right off the freeway which is a bonus! Thank you staff.

I expect great satisfying customer service where I decide to spend my money, and I believe this storage facility deserves more than five stars. I have rented here now for over 6 months or so. Irene the manager of the facility is so friendly, since the day I came in looking for a storage unit for my upcoming move. I had no idea what I needed but she asked a few questions, she evaluated the size I needed showed me the facility and the size unit she was recommending, I wasn't ready to rent then she offered to hold the unit so I can think about it so we did I came in a day or 2 after did paperwork and she also recommended the size boxes I would need depending of what I was storing she just went above and beyond I didn't feel pressured at all I can tell she cares for her customers, I've been in the office a few times making my payment and when other customers come in she knows them by name and that just means that she cares. Thank you, Irene and Public Storage for having such hardworking and caring employees like her. I do recommend this to anyone in need of extra space.

I just rented here a couple weeks ago and the customer service was great. Irene was helpful pointing out the right size unit for me, she recommended how to pack and store to be able to save money by getting a smaller unit. They also have good selection of merchandise.

I went in there not completely sure of what I needed. Joseph was very thorough of his explanation.

we think it is the best in town a good area the staff is realy nice if u need some please to store your things then come here

I like the place I have cause it was available and clean and ready to move into and the office staff are really friendly warm and very helpful
