This facility has lots of spaces for outside vehicle storage. Staff VERY responsive. Great attitudes, want to help which is very refreshing.

Easy move in process.Customer service is great!

The check in process was fairly quick and easy. I did not however like that upon arrival we were told that we need to purchase a specific lock from public storage. We had our own, which we could still use but we're required to purchase their lock as well. I did not see that information on their site while making my reservation. We also had to purchase insurance and that was not noted in the reservation process.

Very professional employees. I felt secure storing my belongings with you. Great customer facing team you have there in Ventura.

The person who was in the office was very nice and presentable however, I believe certain things should be explained thoroughly before someone rents an inside unit that is upstairs. I was told that there were carts available for us. I was not told that you had to stop at the office leave your id and that there were only two for a facility that has well more than a hundred units. Every other storage facility I have rented with and a few were ever a lower price all had at least 3-4 carts at the elevators in each building and some even had some for use on the upper levels. The way this place is set up if you are on any kind of schedule you are out of luck if you want a cart. Also when asked what time the person maybe leaving for their break so I could work around that I was told he couldn't tell me. Had I known about the true use and polices of the carts I would have gone somewhere else.

The customer service is very wonderful, the location is ideal, prices are excellent, and over all, I am really satisfied with Public Storage.

Good costumers service

Public storage in ventura was amazing. I was in need of a storage unit badly, public storage came to the rescue. Manny contacted me immediately and told me they only had one unit left that I reserved. I made a point to get there the next day. Manny contacted me prior to my appointment time and I was able to get the unit I needed. He made everything painless and easy. He was very helpful. Great prices. I feel my belongings are safer and secure. Great staff very clean. Highly recommend.

Ok so I have read ALL the bad reviews about this location. I only know if you use the locks the girls (Anna & Jody) suggest and be sure to keep your stuff stored properly you have no problems. I have stored here for years, gone through 2 lock changes & had no problems. I'm not sure why others have blamed these employees when they both do such a great job telling you what you need to do for maximum security. The girls have never been rude or short tempered with me or my kids. I personally think this is a great location & very easy access right on the frontage road.

The manager on duty at the time I rented a unit, Jodi, was extremely helpful and easy to work with. Sometimes the circumstances requiring the rental of a storage unit can cause a lot of stress. It's really nice to deal with someone friendly and professional during those times.

My wife and I just moved here from Arizona ... And are looking for a place to put our things .. We stopped into public storage in Ventura . We were helped by Jodi and Anna . They were both very helpful . They showed us two different sizes and made it easy to decide what we needed .. Excellent service .

Great prices on boxes! Webt in for a few and came out with a great pack ready to pack up my stuff. Friendly staff and easy location to get to.

They are all around the best

I highly recommend using this public storage location. It was easy to find, right off the freeway and clean. But the best part of the location is Anna! She is very friendly, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond. I hurt my ankle unloading my truck and it swelled to the size of a soft ball and Anna went out of her way to find me a large bag of ice! THANK YOU AGAIN!!

I was very pleased with my visit to the storage facility, the managers with quite helpful and knew how to accommodate my many questions, as I haven't used a storage unit before. Very clean and organized.

I met with Robert at the Ventura location on 10/5, 2014. I had been on line looking for a reasonable storage space and we choose Public Storage. We moved our storage items from Campbell, CA ( the cost of a 5 x 10 unit had gone up to $164.00 per month). Robert showed me the unit and worked with us on a time line. We were going to be unloading after 5:00 pm. Our move in worked so well. We locked up after we were through just as he had asked. Robert called within the next week to see that everything went well with our move in. I appreciated his follow up.
