I was looking for a storage unit to put my stuff in for college over the summer and I landed on StorQuest. It's super affordable and I do have to say the best location I could ask for. The customer service is absolutely wonderful and they are extremely helpful about the whole process. I definitely will go with them again in the future.

move in went smoothly. I wish there was more space between the building and our parking space for our trailer. It was a tight squeeze and I am not looking forward to backing the trailer in each time we use it. My husband and I are very anxious about it. Very nervous.

I booked this online, and they showed me one room, but after I told them I was a spare foot customer I was moved to a spot in the middle of two doors. Second I was told 55 a month but the first two months were half off. Well I was charged a full charge for the first month as well as an additional 20 surcharge for moving in. I felt like I was swindled and am upset about the fact I'm not getting what I was promised.

I looked for several places from Oxnard to Camarillo to find the lowtest price on a 10x5 and this place had it. Tamara is also an excellent person that helped me with the paperwork and got things done quick with a smile.

Tamara helped me and my family with a storage lease. Customer service is exceptional. We previewed several units besides the one reserved, and Tamara actually found a better option for us on site. Great management makes me feel secure to be storing my household goods at this facility long term. Thank you!

After reserving a unit online, it took about 5 minutes to complete the paperwork and obtain my unit. I would recommend you ask the clerk to go with you to the unit, as I did not and the unit had a lock on it. However, I called the office and they came to remove it immediately.

was still charged even after filling out vacate notice and vacating. The representative is no longer with the company and I have been told I will not be able to be refunded for the last 3 months.

the prices charged for my space has almost doubled since I started my storage space. Your increases have far surpassed the rate of inflation.

I am very happy with my decision to use Storquest for my storage needs. I showed up to the location around 12:30 and I figured it wouldn't be open because of the lunch hour, but it was! The female who helped me get my unit was very friendly and helpful- she walked me to the location of my new storage unit and I even got a discount because I go to CSUCI. I found out that if I refer my friends to them I would get another dicsount on top of that! I am very happy with this decision and I would highly recommend them! I will be a happy customer for many, many months!
