Trojan Storage of Camarillo

This is a terrific facility compared to others I had to experience in the state. It's fairly new and in great shape. It's in a good location with government buildings and residences around. There are no dilapidated vehicles stored there. Michelle at the front desk is very nice and helpful. And most importantly to me, there seem to be few businesses operating out of here (ie being there late at night and giving the gate code to every contractor. That's how I got burglarized in Van Nuys). I have some minor concerns about security: You can chose your own gate code (you know someone will just use a trivial one), the fences are a little low (easy to jump), and the lights were out on the covered spots when I visited. Because of the other factors though (see above) it still felt much safer than other facilities I've used.

Trojan of Camarillo, CA represents a new era in storage facilities, beginning with its all digital wireless access; which is a great feature that requires no keys or locks to secure your belongings. State of the art HD cameras located throughout the facilities provides a clear picture of who is coming and going or more aptly put who is not suppose to be there. Manager Lachelle and staff Travion are friendly, accommodating, and provide excellent customer service. This is thee best storage facility I have used to date, and exceedingly clean. I highly recommend.

The registration was efficient but the promo for the first month was prorated and added app fee which I think is unnecessary. Otherwise good customer service.

I needed a parking spot and was able to purchase one with the automated system, on Christmas. it worked out great.

Really nice facility and friendly staff. The move-in process was very easy. I love the iPhone app that they provide that allows for easy gate access. The covered RV storage was exactly what we were looking for.

This place is brand new and is half price for the 1st 3 months! It's clean and convenient. A great deal

After a horrible move in and ongoing access problems (and super hot!)at another storage place, I happened upon this new facility literally a block from my office! Miss Lechelle and her associate were a dream to work with, she walked me around and showed me how the app worked to access everything. I am so happy here in my climate controlled new storage unit!!
