Had good first month rates. Afterwards, it adds up quick so be sure to pay it on time. They do make every attempt to call you before lockouts though.

Sherise was awesome. She knows her stuff. All moving supplies needed were readily available on-site. No needless paperwork and easy contract signing. Definitely happy here!

Fast process . Clean facility ,friendly and knowledgeable manager .The gate access is open until 10 pm which I find helpful . I would recommend this storage facility with confidence.

I have a construction business and all was OK until my girlfriend opened a box from our storage unit and there was mouse poop.

Reserving the unit on line was quick and easy. Manager had my information when I arrived. He was friendly and helpful in providing options when I asked about other units. I would use them again.

Good all around, clean and worthwhile.

We checked out five other stores facilities and this one was by far the best, the cleanest, and Albert the manager is awesome. He was patient while showing us several different units and calculating various pricing. I wouldn't even bother checking out any other facilities.

Manager is ver friendly and accommodating. We couldn't ask for anything more in our self storage. It's gated with our own personal access code and we opted for the climate controlled storage.

disappointed because the on line price was not honored at the facility On $45.00 but I had to pay $52.00 when I signed up at the facility NOT COOL WITH INSURANE I'm now paying $65.00 per month

Our storage unit was broken into while my husband was deployed to Iraq for 7 months. Our valuables were stolen and we are currently going through the claims process. The new manager told my husband she couldn't prevent our unit being broken into any easier than "you can stop your house from being broken into," despite the fact we've been paying these people to keep our items safe while my husband was overseas. There were multiple cut locks found in our unit, and the management admitted they knew there were burglaries, but we were never contacted. Please, if you have anything you love and care about, do NOT leave it at this awful facility. We were told we would not be getting our money back, despite the fact that we've been paying for a unit that does not hold our belongings anymore. Truly terrible experience, incredibly frustrating to have a happy homecoming turn into something so heartbreaking for us.

So far, everything has been good.

I have used this storage site many many times never ever had a bad experience.

All was good but ....your hidden "Administration Fee" and "Insurance Fee" means that your prices are no different than any of your competitors. As a matter of fact Big 10 Storage (also in Palm Springs) beats your prices. After my year is up at your facility, I plan to move my stuff into Big 10 Storage because they have no hidden fees. Their facility is just as good and safe as yours. Overall everything was fine at your facility... but your little add-ons at paperwork time, give me the feeling that you're not the kind of company I can trust or do business with for a long period of time. You're kind of like a used car dealer. I hope this reaches your CEO Thanks KT
