My only experience there was a delight. I was helped with swift customer service and very bubbly and bright young lady behind the front desk by the name of luna. She knew exactly what she was doing and treated me with politeness and respect. I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone who is looking. I will definitely be returning to this place because on this one employee.

Thomas and Luna are the BEST in town. Every time I go in for packing needs they always great me with a smile and always have me walking out of the store laughing. They making moving a breeze! Once my house sells I plan on putting them on the top of my list if I end up needing a storage unit. The place is always so clean and organized, looks like its well kept.

After submitting an online reservation [for best pricing] Carlos called to confirm, and welcome me to the facility. When I went in to view the unit, pay, and get my keys, Carlos had everything ready for me. He even managed to match my unit number with my phone number so I could easily REMEMBER my entry passcode. Yay! I got what I needed for the time I'm going to need it.

Ummm few problems but Jennifer ( if that's what her real name I can't recall) or the daytime manager was super helpful I love her. It didn't work out for me there but it doesn't mean everyone won't. So try it out it's a well kept place!

I am Canadian.... I enjoy riding my motorcycle on long trips.... Southern California has a lot less snow than Canada, especially in the winter, so I like to be able to find my motorcycle a home away from home during those months with short days..... Public Storage has a facility conveniently located about a ten dollar cab ride from the Palm Springs International Airport.... I have been able to visit my motorcycle 4 times over the winter.... Both my motorcycle and I are very happy.... Too bad Public Storage wont shovel my front driveway, but then they do almost everything else....
