Made a trip here at 7:00 pm a couple nights ago and couldn’t get in, I thought I wrote the hours down wrong. Today, 4/13/ 26 I couldn’t enter again, so I was late for a very important Doctors appt. They weren’t to happy about being late because it was a dissability apt. So i’m ready to find another storage unit !!!!

That was the selling point when we were shopping around for a unit, they actually have electricity in most of the units, maybe not all of them but in ours it did! Units are a little older but it's a storage facility. Who cares? Staff is nice and understanding.

The staff and location are awesome! It's not the newest storage location in the city and/or valley, but they take security as a high priority. And it's located on a residential street and not in an empty field next to commercial warehouses.

Everything is good. Moved in.

I was very fortunate to find a good place and great team with my storage needs.

The initial process of renting was super easy. Staff were very nice. The space itself was very easily accessable and so far appears secure.

I received excellent service Customer Care detailed information and my keys to my storage unit in no time at all I thought it was literally like a blur

We experienced a great deal of welcomeness friendliness courtesy from the service desk lady who was very knowledgeable about the unit the prices was very clear to us we are happy with the prices the unit and the location thank you

I booked online through the 800 main customer service line. The nicest man ever took my reservation and truly made me go for the space. He was kind, professional and a sweet sole. I liked him so I signed up. On my day of arrival I received a friendly call from a very friendly girl at front desk telling me they are expecting me and checking on all logistical points. I arrived and instantly formed a fantastic and happy connection with her. LUNA LUNA LUNA LUNA AND AGAIN………LUNA 🙏 If I typed her name in block letters multiple times that should tell ya how at home and welcome I felt. On my way out I told her she was my very first business transaction in Palm Springs and that I felt fantastic cause it was a good sign🙏 I drove off then called her back to make sure I said thank u enough…Thank u Luna I’m all moved in and happy Highly recommended👌 🌸🌸🌸🌸🦆🦆🦆👌

Unfortunately the exterior of the unit looks like it caught fire. Also the employee working was filling in for the regular employee and was not given keys to show other units. He apologized multiple times and I completely understood that he was unfortunately not given the tools (keys) need to do the actual job. Management should be apologizing to him for such a great attitude, but not very good employee support

Very polite and curtious.... Got me in and out and was very grateful they let me move in a day early...very acomidating ...

The place was very secure, I didn't have to worry about anyone going into my space. The people were polite. And the hours of getting into space is great as well. Plus it was very spacey and I can put more stuff in the storage which is even better!

Best rate in the area as mentioned... and I called around to a lot of others. My unit was inside a building that was on a raise foundation so I'm not concerned with any water issues... plus, it hardly rains in the desert!!! The place was very clean and didn't notice any evidence of rodents or roaches. Good sign!!! I wasn't sure where this storage place was but it turned out it was down the street from my condo and very convenient. The person in the office was very sweet and quick to get me into my storage unit. She explained everything in detail. I like that there is a separate code to enter (and exit) the storage complex gate and to the different building doors. The unit was clean and level. Larger than we expected but we'll certainly fill it. We were told that we could always move to a larger unit (if available).

Best rate in the area, but concerned about water damage observed in the unit. Asked manager if problem was fixed & he said yes but it seems floor is lower at storage than street. I dont think it was fixed at all. Very concerned about my stored property.

I am so happy that I am allowed to put shelves in my locker. Storage lockers are so much better when they have shelves.

I moved my things into storage last week, and I had a very good experience. No problems at all. Would recommend.
