The online company that booked the reservation screwed it up. Instead of ordering a 10 x 5 as requested, I got two 5 x 5's next to each other. The site representative calmly fixed the error, showed me several other options and changed all of the paperwork and billing to get it right. CALL the site directly and don't use the online booking service.
