Overall great experience, the rent price of the unit was more expensive than I expected but the sales person on site was so nice I could not resist and I decided to rent the unit after all, Thank you Frine for being so nice and patient, it was a pleasure working with you, I appreciate the good customer service.

I shopped around in a few location of storage placed before I picked this one, it was not cheap at all comparing to the other facilities but one thing was different in this location is the service ! there was a person named FRINE, she is so nice professional and caring it made me feel that my stuff is going to be safe, that was most important to me the safety issue, the fact that FRINE offer such a good service made me feel some one here is caring for the customer and that made me feel safer to put my stuff in this storage facility comparing to any other facility I visited, GOOD JOB FRINE, I really appreciate it, Thank you.

My place was not ready moving out here from long beach to palmdale and Ms Frine helped me to solve my storage problem and that solved most of my problems i was able to get my uhaul truck back on time ! And she was so professional, polite, and helpful! I really appreciated her and the place is nice and secure!

Was here some days ago, and a nice woman named Freene helped me. The process was smooth and easy, she answered as all my questions. It feels good to be able to receive professional service and get my moving process soooo much easier. I would recommend this location.

I always have a pleasing experience with this storage location. Whether it be the courtesy calls to remind me of payment; or, since I am confined to a wheelchair, assistance at the entry gate and storage unit itself..or just the pleasant greeting I get from Frine coming or leaving the facility, its always a pleasure.

So about three months ago I got laid off from work and seems that everything since then has gone downhill from there. I couldn't afford my apartment anymore and had to move in with family. Which lead me here, I need a place for my stuff right? I must say that I am so grateful to be able to say that i got a brake from everything going wrong for a change when I stepped in here. I was greeted by a lovely woman named Frine, who was so sweet and professional, made me feel welcomed and helped me find a space that was perfect for me and great price, which I was afraid I want going to be able to afford a storage either. Thank you for great customer service in one of the most stressful times in my life.
