Staff was friendly and helpful

So far, so good. Had an easy time checking in and getting everything set up with the office staff. The elevator works fine to the second floor. Liked that there were moving carts to help get stuff from vehicle. Overall, very satisfied!

Clean and safe, but it gets cold. The extra charges (admin fee and lock fee) add up quick. Storage unit was very clean.
